I have had my Sennheiser MKE 600 connected to Elgato Wave XLR with phantom power. Which resulted in a lot of noise. Put batteries in the MKE 600 and switched off the phantom power on the Wave XLR. The noise is now gone. Now considering Streamer X. Thanks for your input :)

I was also just looking into this thing yesterday after seeing Sara Dietschy highlight it in her latest desk setup and now bam, you've dropped a vid.
For a streamer this is like insane value!
Only thing that I need to know... on the back there's a 3.5 TRRS Headset Jack & ¼" Headphone Jack, can you plug into both and toggle them? or change volume between the two output's?
E.g. I have speakers running from a 1/4" and headphones from a standrad 3.5, that'd be pretty swish if I can use Unify software to change the two Audio Output connectors indipendantly.

if you were to use BOTH head phone plugs 3.5mm and the 1/4 will both show up on rode connect/unify??? for routing/volume adjustment purposes. when you showed the app i only 1 but im assuming you only were using 1 (headset) for example i would use the 1/4 inch for my headset and use the other headset 3.5mm as a trrs line out but want to make sure i can control both within the connect/unify app.
I sent my Streamer X back because it didn't work out the box on MaC/Ons streamlabs. It also wouldn't update the firmware and the BETA software wasn't even available for Mac at the time. Is the software still in Beta phase? Are those issues fixed already?
Til today i haven't found someone that made a video that trys out all the sound differents in the Pro Processing set unit
does the streamer x need to be directly connected to a laptop like a mbp or could it be plugged into a docking station

Would I still need to use an elgato chat link for “in game chat” I don’t use discord on PC, but I do on Xbox. If this removes the chat link, I’ll buy it immediately

Don´t know too much but a lot of videos people returning this device... The problem is I never have tested ELGATO,, just the camlink 4k and is amazing to stream with my Fuji Camera,
Can i use it to make a dual computer streaming set up? my pc being my gaming rig and the mac as the streaming pc
Yes just plug the second pc in to the second usb slot

well if you want 60 fps you need too do elgato streamer x only does 30 fps capter so i am good . i stick with my elgato hd 60 pro mk 2 i only buy this for dual pc setup
