Yep, that was a problem that Auburn had then, and now. No matter how you worked it - during the tenure of the (then) current coaches, during that decade, during this century, or all time - Bama has more wins, more SEC Championships, and more National Championships than Auburn has.

We dominated everyone except Texas A&M, Auburn, and Oklahoma. Though, not making any excuses, I don't think Alabama played at even 70% percent against them, I believe we was just heart broken.

Well for one, one of the assistants that mainly got the recruits from Mobile is now with Florida State (hence the swap Demarcus Walker had from UA-FSU..). Secondly, does it matter who commits to Auburn right now? History tells us that all they will do is end up giving Auburn the finger and then swap their commitment to Alabama. Well for one, one of the assistants that mainly got the recruits from Mobile is now with Florida State (hence the swap Demarcus Walker had from UA-FSU..). Secondly, does it matter who commits to Auburn right now? History tells us that all they will do is end up giving Auburn the finger and then swap their commitment to Alabama. Don't put too much stock into it.
