Can't wait to see more of these as I was lucky enough to meet him in Bristol on friday. Massive good luck to Eddie as it's an incredible thing he's doing that I'm sure not many other people would want to do!
Good luck Eddie, all i can say is WOW. I used to run 25 miles a week when i was 25, and that killed me. I will sponsor you big time, again good luck and keep smiling.
You are an Inspiration, You have gone from making me laugh hysterically over your James Bond Sketch a while back to making me want to run to Africa, build a house and make a well then run all the way back! You are a true saint sir!
Amazing stuff, Eddie in particular is giving so much, but the John 'O'Groats to Lands end cycle thing is great too. The best thing though is there are no sports personalities in these things.
Astonishing. I never even associated the fella with being,well...fit. I just thought he was a brilliantly original and very funny comedian. And now he's done this RIDICULOUS thing! 30 miles once is lunacy...30 miles a day for weeks and weeks is insane. What ambition! Fantastic stuff.
Why can't we see Part 2 outside of the UK? People around the world are donating to this effort and the BBC doesn't want us to see an update because of copyright? Doesn't seem in the spirit...
Edvard . . . as you're just the kinda guy to read this, I'll take the time to write it. That was equal parts inspired and cRaZy, dude! Serious props to you Sir! (Nb, I don't call many people "Sir" out of profound respect!) Way to show a "mere" mortal can manifest near supernatural achievement, given such determination driven by such a worthy cause. Well done young man :¬] I'd share a 10k with you any day!!! (ahem, after that, I'll wait for you in the pub mate ;¬] )
Can't even begin to imagine the agony ! Go Eddie :) Will be giving all my Sports Relief donations via the Eddie text - s'costing me a fortune so far and i'm ony on episode 2 :D
I absolutely adore Eddie Izzard. Funny, generous and brave! This is an amazing achievement by anyone's standards. Now I'm off to make a donation.

Wow, just full of admiration for that one. Not many people could make that on a daily basis. Amazing.
Good luck for this!
Anything for a good cause is worth while and its good to see people doing it!
This was a great series that provided a great insight into human will!
I have seen Eddie ride a six foot unicycle. He is a multi-talented chap. GREAT JOB EDDIE.
Absolute legend. I don't know how someone so busy managed to get in shape for something so outstanding - I get out of breath running a bath!
Eddie is great, top fella, i enjoyed watching this on BBC3.
i started out not being able to run 200m, now i can do half a marathon. He helped inspire me!
Good luck Eddie, all i can say is WOW. I used to run 25 miles a week when i was 25, and that killed me. I will sponsor you big time, again good luck and keep smiling.

He is doing. He's already in Wales and he's been running with a Welsh flag. As he enters a new country he runs with that country's flag.

So THATS what he was doing in Kenley last year!
He was in a hurry.
Amazing, but what I don't understand is why is he still looking a bit overweight?
