Just bought this exact headset for gaming a couple days ago after my wireless Corsair HS70 Pros broke. Never was a huge fan of Razers wireless mic quality, but these newer headsets are MUCH better, no doubt. Noticeably much higher quality mic and audio than what I'm used to and also cheaper than most competitors, easily one of the best headsets for the price. Battery life is 10x better than my old ones too. Being able to connect to the Razer Synapse software is always good too imo, can do lots of fine tuning to the mic/audio quality and can also enable spatial audio. Amazing headset so far
Straight to the point; really appreciate the mic test too, sounds pretty dang good compared to Skullcandy's 2.4ghz wireless headset. Might just have to pickup this set
@@GaryTabarJrDude I googled about two hours (reinstalling of synapse and such stuff took 3 hours before) and this info is nowhere to be found. I was about to return my headset when I found your comment. You saved me 😂
I played around a lot with Windows and razers enhancements for Audio and all that stuff and i really have to say the Audio quality is terrible. The sound really makes you feel like youre deaf especially because deep sounds become immensely silent and yes i made sure that the setting making loud sounds more quiet is disabled of both Windows and razer. I compared it with my 6 year old Razer Kraken that i got for 50€ and the difference is crazy. Besides that the razer Kraken is a lot more comfortable and lighter plus you are able to hear your own voice better wich was very confusing for me when playing with closed Headsets. Imo this is just a massive scam of razer nothing more i can say abt it.
I think it will be my 4th pair of Razer’s headset, but for the first time wireless ones (I love my actual Razer Kraken Pro, but my cat don’t like the wire…) and as I can see the one thing will be annoying - microphone, because I can’t hide it :(
I just bought this headset and it is perfect, but, there is one big bug that will completely destroy your audio and I have no idea how to fix it. It happened randomly when switching from Bluethooth mode (I was testing it) to Hyperspeed on PC, I got no bass in the headset sounding very very bad, like a walkie talkie / Low quality Phone call. I might ask for a refund if they don't fix it....
not sure what's wrong with mine they work for basically everything except games every time the audio cuts out when I load a game I feel like I've tried everything
Hello, I want to ask for advice, I’m choosing headphones between HyperX Cloud III Wireless and Razer BlackShark V2 HyperSpeed, that is, bluetooth, a detachable microphone, etc. are not necessary for me. I want to use this for FPS games and I want to find out what will be more reliable, better quality and more comfortable in terms of sound and assembly. Seeing the Razer headphones, I am afraid that they are very easy to break. In general, I would be very grateful if someone could give me advice on what to choose.
@@krishadk3246 still great battery life zero issues tbh only problem I had was when I first got them I couldn’t get it synced to the dongle but was my bad I think but yeah great headset brother brought the wireless Logitech g pro x headset 1 month later and his mic is pretty much broken and battery life is no where near as good

Besides that the Blackshark has a maximum quality of 16 Bit, 96000 Hz whilst the Kraken can use up to 24 Bit, 192000 Hz wich is a MASSIVE difference

Love this stuff man, keep it up
Does it's Bluetooth provide low Ms for fpp smartphone gaming like cod mobile, pubg etc
do you recommend them over the normal v2?
How connect the dongle? Ive been trying.
me too i dont understand
Use a USB (to ps5) to C (to dongle) cord... if you didn't already fix your problem
Is this better than the Corsair HS80 which has a great microphone ?
nope, to be fair tho, you don't need corsair level mic, you can be heard perfectly with SteelSeries lol
Does this headset have a microphone with sidetone?
Mines acting up and unable to connect to the wireless transmitter
would you recommend get this or v2 pro 2020?
