We're delving deep into the unsettling realities of our chaotic world with former CIA spy, Andrew Bustamante. As we face an increasingly complex and confusing era, understanding the tactics and strategies used to manipulate public opinion has never been more crucial.
In this episode, we examine the distressing prospect of America turning against itself and the increasing potential for war. Andrew shares his ideas on how external attacks on our system could ironically unify us, but also how these threats are being weaponized to destabilize America. We look at the concept of World War 3 and it not being fought on traditional battlefields, but through proxy wars and influence campaigns that target our resources, dominance, and global standing.
It’s near impossible that you are not impacted on various levels by the role of the internet in accelerating the velocity of information. We’re in a time where enabling psychological manipulation on an unprecedented scale is happening right now as we speak.
How will you protect yourself? Will you learn how to think through novel problems and utilize opposing narratives against each other to discover the truth?
By the end of this episode, you’ll learn how to anchor yourself, make clear-headed decisions, and avoid the trap of emotional decision-making. In listening to both sides of the political spectrum and finding common ground, we can cut through the 'fog of war' and discern truth from noise.
Andrew Bustamante delivers invaluable insights from his time as a CIA spy, offering a unique perspective on the truth about Jeffrey Epstein, conspiracy theories, porn and sexpionage that will shock you!

“At our core we are a fighting culture. It’s one of our biggest flaws and it’s one of our biggest strengths.”
“Emotional decision making is what the human brain wants to do, [...] because emotional decisions require less cognitive ability, less calories, less time and is easier…”
“Truth includes facts and beliefs, and facts excludes beliefs.”
“The way that you defeat extremism is by taking out the first step in the ladder.”
“When most people reference World War 3 happening, what they’re actually talking about is a nuclear war similar to how World War 2 ended. Wars evolve like people evolve, and if you’ve seen the evolution of technology you can imagine how much more advanced World War 3 would be than World War 2…”

WARNING: I will never ask for your contact info in the comments section, that is someone impersonating me!
It's happens to me all the time when I comment on your channel
Tom, I think you ought to run for president. It might not be the job you want but I think it’s the job you’re training for with impact theory. It’s literally the epitome of working hard to acquire a set of skills to help human flourishing. People that want power don’t deserve it. People that don’t want it should wield it. You understand how to run a billion dollar company, which helps run the government. You care about empowering people shown by this channel and your previous works. You’re articulate and can debate also proven by this channel. You realize you can be wrong, and want to do what works and helps humans through their biological experience. The only thing I’ve heard you ask for from listening to this channel is briefs. So just go get the best briefs there are, presidential ones.
Also I’m going to write you in as a candidate on my ballot so you at least already have 1 vote.
No such thing as an ex cia spy. When I hear any ex fbi or ex cia, I start laughing, you are going to get some truth mixed in with some lies. They all have to sign papers what they can disclose and what they can't, they know the consequences are very bad if they cross the line.
I haven't heard of your show before. It popped up next. Very good content and discussion. Thanks! Subscribed!
If Trump wins the 2024 election, consider this your signal to diversify your investments and hedge against geopolitical risks, as escalating tensions in Ukraine and the Middle East may trigger market volatility.
Given the uncertainty, one could incorporate safe-haven assets. Going long on U.S. defense stocks could be a solid option, considering the geopolitical landscape.
I agree. Defense stocks do well in times of geopolitical instability, as long as there's no financial fraud. Defense ETFs help spread risk by investing in different companies in the sector.
While defense stocks and ETFs are smart choices, don’t forget about the historical role of gold during uncertain times. Its value tends to rise as a hedge against geopolitical risks. How about allocating a portion of the prtfolio to gold?
As I near retirement, I value gold for its consistent store of value. In addition to conventional assets, my fin advsr, Monica Mary Strigle, investigates alternative investments such as digital assets, as sh would say. Despite initial doubts, I entered the crypto mrket at the $30,000 support level before various developments, resulting in a 250% increase from my initial $100,000 invstment. It is worth considering altcoins for further diversification.
Interesting suggestion, what are the risks involved in incorporating crypto into ones prtfolio?
This is classic preprogramming - they are telling you what they plan to do and preparing you to accept it. There is no such thing as ex-CIA.
Right? Just like how Americans are unified. Lol
So true.. and if you look closely into this guy’s eyes, he’s soulless for some reason.. is it exactly this what happens when you join the cia does it come with the job description.. "we will suck your soul out of you"
Thank you. Anything the CIA allows to be said is what they WANT to be said.
He is trained to manipulate a narrative to plant ideas. In the end he creates an ongoing asset
@@HeavenlyMe1111 yup! And look how - contrived his persona and appearance is, it's insulting if not a bit of cynicism from his handlers the message being sent as to the things they assume we identify with. Even the way he pronounces so many words as if READING them for the first time, and with cadence like he isn't thinking of these things on the fly adds to the almost conscious display of how these people see everyone else in society. And why do all the various personalities and eccentricities therein of people that are commonly interviewed on this type of podcast always have their own distinct persona until it comes to interviews with people from ABC agency's? Talk about a contrast to the totally bizarre extremes humanity can exhibit, these agency guys just always have - like an almost lab-grown, prepackaged and diluted affect, that is impossible not to see! I mean, does it work? One would think it does, or are they just doing a lot of "too much" because: infinite resources, just got 2 show that the money is being used somewhere on something? If some other intelligent civilization could look at us, and observe these things objectively, I could only imagine the eye rolls!
Nikki Haley? Dude is to not be listened to. My god.
Homeboy talks in circles for days.
There is an old saying
“ A fisherman notices another fisherman from a far”
This guy is not retired. They just moved him into Media Affairs Department or what ever they call it.
His paycheck has a little mockingbird on it..
They never really retire
My thought to. So what do they want to tell us? Prepare for war, unite. And mind the new ways of influence.I guess.
@@SegoMan I see we have some elevated IQ's in this thread. When ya know, ya know
Lol i love how certain you are while almost certainly being wrong.
Whenever the CIA talks to us, I feel like I should look out for manipulation
Seems that Bustamante takes Bilyeu's questions as information he can hijack and redirect to his own purposes.
Exactly. I’ve seen him on other channels.
I have heard it said; once CIA, always CIA, so I take what he says with a grain of salt.
Once agency, always agency. I don't trust spooks. That's what they call each other BTW. Dated a guy in DIA. Later found out he was a pathogical liar. But, not about being a spook. His top secret security clearance was up for review and guess who they interviewed about him, his patriotism, and so forth. Not a fun interview to give the agency folks. Actually kind of disturbing. This guy is agency.
Clear. A CIA spy who thinks that Russians impacted 2016 election ia a very poor spy.
the way he talks makes my brain shutdown. he does things like "as we all know" or "we can see that....." leading your honor. sustained.
This was the first time I watched this channel and it was interesting how much Tom talked instead of interviewing.
agreeed
AGREE. HE SHOULDN'T BOTHER WITH A GUEST. LIKES THE SOUND OF HIS OWN VOICE
I literally watched a clip of Larry King talking about people who interview like this guy. He has a name for it. Basically the “I” interviewer. He has to make sure everyone knows his word salad and that the guest isn’t as interesting as he is. How in the world does this narcissist have so many followers? I’m assuming he’s a government plant.
It’s a DIALOGUE not a monologue……
When I watch left leaning news agree with right-wing news, it tends to be almost 100% that the right was originally right and the left was forced to admit to what the right set. Pick a topic, any topic and you'll see
So many on the comments are dismissing without actually listening. This guy actually says to listen to both sides. The intersections where opposing sides agree is fact and where there is disagreement, its up to you to find those facts. He's not disclosing national security secrets, he's simply giving advice on how to approach very nuanced situations and to think critically for yourself.
This is just a part of a sophisticated tactic, zodat you do not have a clue of being, carefully influenced.
Looking at the U. S from a neutral distance of a foreigner I perceive the paradox of, so called " threat-experience", which consists of consciously setting things on fire and then complaining of being burned!
I think critically, do not trust the government, he is gov.

2:36:56 "Social Media is not news." Hate to break it to you, but news isn't news anymore, either.
profound truth
News is still news, however some people don't get "their" news from the right places
@@TonyHulk Yeah! Anymore, they get their news from the ultra-right places!
People should at least start thinking about what is happening around US. If that's all that comes from this, at least we're raising the thought process!
That is so true, I hear almost nothing about for example Putin that is destroying city after city, village after village, raping, torturing and mass murdering innocent people in Ukraine. Putin är ett existentiellt hot mot Ukraina. Putin is an existential threat to Ukraine. Putin is exterminating a whole generation of men in Ukraine. Glory to Ukraine Glory to the Heroes 💙💛 Im from Sweden.
He lost me at "We are unified when we are attacked..." and then mentioned the Vietnam War. We weren't attacked, and we weren't unified.
What the USA did in Vietnam was beyond criminal. This guy is a baby brained brainwashed pos who has never left America.
Yeah that was a really stupid thing for him to say, and right at the beginning of the podcast too... makes you think a lot of what he says is non-credible from there onwards. That was some ultra-cringe patriotism and delusion, because he seemingly made no mistake in his mind about what he said.
@@wackojacko1938 August 1964 - USS Maddox is allegedly attacked by North Vietnamese patrol torpedo boats in the Gulf of Tonkin
It blows my mind how dumb people are when you have the internet….we where attacked…wether it was a false flag attack is up to you to decide…. But we where attacked and we where unified IN THE BEGINNING, but once media coverage started happening the population realized we shouldn’t be there and UNIFIED again for our troops to leave
@@q6906 "allegedly" being the keyword.
There's a very common pattern for the US to allegedly be a major provocateur of the hornets nest... USS Maddox was "attacked" while in Vietnamese waters, while there was obvious turmoil between the north and south. Why be there unless you want to be attacked and/or have a reason to start a war? It's very like the US to be the aggressor and then claim to be some sort of heroic victim for their own personal gains while stepping on others to get there.
"What if 10 bullies attack you instead of 1?
This guys is so committed to DEI, the main thing he praises about Nikki and Vivek is their minority status. And as others have said in this comment section, there is no ex-CIA. Just tells you what the CIA is focusing on.
"When everything the American people believes is false, we will have accomplished our mission." ~ William Casey, CIA director, 1982
Wouldn't it be nice if people understood that?? Or maybe know that declassified documents have declared the Gulf on Tonkin incident a complete fabrication... A lie that got millions of people killed, on both sides, for nothing.
Casey underestimated the will of the American people. If all our sources of videos recording real events are taken away from us, the last apparent source being TicTok , then yes. We will no longer have access to gauge any truth on.
Agreed!
Considering corporations own the media, the lobbyists and most politicians it’s amazing we can still drive around freely. Well, until the next pandemic that is.
🎉
I don’t think he said this.
When he said Haley for president I realized he was promoting propaganda from the military industrial complex. Considering her family owns a military consulting firm who directly benefits from war, and he obviously knows that since he's so informed and trained
Yes this is just a mindf....k
Listen to enough of his interviews, and it becomes quite clear that this guy is just a young, smooth hipster version of John Brennan. Doing the rounds as "former" employees of Clowns In America. Nice try, guys. 😁
@@chunkwobbler2544 🎯
Do you even know who her family is.. And where her family comes from.. Cause I've done her genealogy.. On her and both her parents.. Her parents came from hindoostan in 1969.. Her father taught biology at Voorhes University(an HBCU) and her mother was an elementary school teacher(predominantly black/American Indian school) .. Where did you see or hear about her family being apart of the military industrial complex
Yeah when he said Hailey for president and Trump's corruption I figured he was there to push his own(CIA), agenda.
Seriously, reading these comments is incredibly informative. Unfortunately, the information is: "people are rapidly losing the ability to reason, and to be reasonable."
No unification coming from this house. This guy is military complex.
For a 3 hour interview, Tom you really have to use time stamps for the different topics…
There's an Ai for this, I don't recall the name tho
Or just pay attention and have a normal attention span lmao
Just treat the whole video as one topic: Popcorn munching "ex" CIA disinformation that a very smart but not intelligence spycraft trained Tom laps up
@@ruhruhruhruhruheisjsij lol not everyone has 3 hours to spare buddy

The US was unified during the Vietnam War? Are you kidding?
WWII probably, after that, nothing.
Yeah not even close lol
CIA agents need to lie 3 out of every 4 words, or they melt
By today's standards absolutely that's how polarized it's gotten
The way this guy in the video started off totally lost me. he doesn’t understand…..
Everybody has an opinion but few want the REAL TRUTH.
You hit the nail on the head. It’s going to take disasters, natural or otherwise, to pull humanity back to civility.
I really truly believe when someone says: I will be honest with you.. that tell me you have not been honest at all....
Whenever someone says that, or something substantially similar to me, i always reply, “so when your not saying (whatever their “honest”phrase is) to me, your
lying to me?
Or they want to be clear to you so there is no hidden agenda behind their response. It's a half full or half empty way of speaking depending on your perspective and personal bias.
I used to say "ok honestly... " or "I will be honest...." then I realised and now have changed it to "ok I will be blunt...." the reason is, I was always being honest except I was attempting to be tactful, polite, and when i used the "honestly" at that point i was saying it as a warning from that point on there will be no concern of the others feelings, I wont dance around the issue we just have to rip this band aid off. I say this as I am sure other use this in the same way and that you may need to be mindful of this as another possibility to consider
@@jerrycroner9221 we lie four time or more a day.... what is the truth?

Former....Former, he is not CIA anymore. He doesnt get a paycheck from them anymore . They only tell him what he can and can't talk about
A spy? This is ain’t no fucking movie. It’s real life wake up.
That is exactly what I was thinking as well!!!
He's not saying anything not freely and available to the public. The rest could have been said by anyone relatively informed or educated.

I completely disagree- when all the media sources agree with each other - that’s when you know for sure they’re lying!
The further I got into this video, the more propaganda I saw. I can't even say I feel like he was spewing propaganda. It was just that.
You didn't understand. He said: take all the facts and all the sources and choose the one you trust. Take the russian ones if trust them more.
@@Dr.Sortospinoyeh the you didn’t understand line 😂
I think he meant opposing medias. When people didnt get along found something to agree in a subject, because there is a small piece of fact that was both discovered. It the same with media. By taking multiple opposing sources and they all agree in something its because some part of it is true even if aint totaly.
Example: Israel-Palestine conflict is happening. This is a fact, the reason and other details can be distorted to make confusion, but the fact remained that the war is happening. All media sources agree with that, there is evidence, footage and so on and on. This is a example of finding facts among lies.

Under Biden, wars. Under Trump, no wars.
"if everything shut down,we would all unify" WOW we already started off incorrectly.the amount of people that would start looting!
Some looting, some shooting but for sure, total chaos.
Reverting back to the natural way.. "strong shall survive"
That's been their agenda for years. They're trying to deconstruct everything. Race, Sex, Gender, Family Unit, Society, etc. Their goal is to create so much strife, so much horror, that people will unify under one flag world wide.
Definitely started wrong looting, closed Supermarket and stores cell phones dont work electricity, sewage it would be total disaster..

He talks about real americans. not import...
It does appear for the first 20 minutes, Bustamante is building rapport and reinforcing Tom's alliance as narrator, much like an infomercial. Bustamante knowing there is no way to stop this war, his job as CURRENT CIA, is to get people to not panic and instead, just watch it like an interesting movie. Classic prep, while sounding like you oppose it.
Definitely agree. Especially the build up to Nikki Haley as our great hope for 2025.
I find it amusing that he laid out exactly what he does (listen to the person to figure out their values and beliefs, then parrot it back to them). Then at 1:05:00 that's exactly what he does to Tom. He hears what Tom believes, then he parrots back a "shared perspective" that "money is just a count of how many lives we touch".
And Tom believes it! After Andrew explained that's how he tricks people!! 😅😅😅
Why would anyone with a brain take for true what an active CIA asset says? Really. This is clown world in a talk-show format.
Jeffrey Epstein was Mossad / CIA so... makes sense to me
The way he is dressed, his shoes, his hair. Everything is for the viewer to relate to him. His way of speaking is carefully calculated to win the viewer's trust. As a CIA agent, he knows exactly what will happen after the election, regardless of the starting point. He noticeably lied when he said we don't want the US to become like China. If you listen to everything he says, you can understand what he wants you to know. The truth is in what he doesn't mention that paints a very different picture of what will happen and what you should prepare for, as well as what the real threat is. The easiest way is to take a look at the latest meetings of the World Economic Forum. Also check out how the WEF is currently practicing a simulation, similar to Event 201 which concerned a pandemic that then became a reality after the simulation. This time a global cyber attack is simulated in collaboration with Cyber Polygon. Check this out! There is also a new film coming out on April 26th. It's called Civil War. Coincidence? It's also worth noting he was never a spy, check his wiki or just google it. He was an intelligence officer which isn't a spy. How does your guest get to claim covert status yet all covert agents are subject to the 25 year secrecy clause?
You’re correct they do have a 25 year oath of secrecy, however, he did not break that oath. He did not talk about any of the missions or obligations he had. He is aloud to talk about how the CIA works (common knowledge) and his opinions on any question asked to him (free speech). Vietnam war unifying? You wouldn't see it that way if you were in your 70's.

Yes we actually were unified at first, also yes we believed we had been attacked. Yes the attack was based on a lie and yes the attitude on the war changed.
Take a look at 9/11, same thing happened, we all unified under a lie, the lie was exposed our feelings on going to war with countries that had nothing to do with it changed.

It's definitely not. Never ignore your intuition. This dude is a typical CIA stooge.
What he's saying though is really insightful information. About mindset and how to intake news in a way that promotes the pursuit of the most true information. I just feel like when it comes to talking about the CIA, it's a one sided story, which I guess is understandable. Don't bite that hadn't that fed you.
Same guy now on TV shows "investigating UFOs and bigfoot".....
It can pay well and there are some great perks that come with it because it is a gov't job after all but from personal stories I've heard its typically a boring desk job like any other and if you don't like that it can slowly grind away at your soul. Also because you'll experience a ton of waste and mismanagement that will make you upset and question how can it be so bad. Now granted there are many jobs at the CIA and not all of them necessarily involve riding a desk. There are jobs where you could be stationed overseas or if you are military you could be hired on as a contractor or vice versa. But most of the people doing the "espionage" kind of work are analysts and intel officers that gather and push data around to higher ups or other departments. It is cool in the sense you get to read and handle secret or top secret information based on your clearance level and your contribution can help the overall effort but its not at all like the movies. Your are not going to be special agent Jack Ryan travelling around the globe, interrogating assets, sneaking around killing bad guys and preventing a plot to kill the president.
This guy - the guest is an "operative" given the assignment "USA- freedom takedown"- the promise..." You and your family and following generations will be safe and taken care of for life..... you would be the only one that needs to SWAY the narrative - wouldn't that be worth doing what we ask you to do?"

@@mikemerlin4020LOL, read it up
🤷we united under false pretense of attack... It amounts to the same thing in the context of what he was driving at
For everyone saying that the vietnam war didn't bring the country together heres some points you may have missed "In August of 1964, after DRV torpedo boats attacked two U.S. destroyers in the Gulf of Tonkin, Johnson ordered the retaliatory bombing of military targets in North Vietnam. Congress soon passed the Gulf of Tonkin Resolution, which gave Johnson broad war-making powers, and U.S. planes began regular bombing raids, codenamed Operation Rolling Thunder, the following year. ... In March 1965, Johnson made the decision-with solid support from the American public-to send U.S. combat forces into battle in Vietnam. By June, 82,000 combat troops were stationed in Vietnam, and military leaders were calling for 175,000 more by the end of 1965 to shore up the struggling South Vietnamese army..."
The war did bring the country together in the very beginning, after the gulf on tonkin, it was after it dragged on and more things came to light that the public began to divide and it lost support. Same thing happened after 9/11. Strong support in the beginning, wavering and division after it dragged on with loss of public support. Just because the vietnam war continued and ended with division and lack of support, doesn't mean the whole timeline was that way.

Different time, but just more Yellow coke.
What are you on about?? Tonkin was literally a false flag. Lots of things people claim to be false flags are not, but Gulf of Tonkin was. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gulf_of_Tonkin_incident
Were you alive then? Sounds like more yellow coke to me as stated previous. And who says we Americans were in favor of sending our young men to Vietnam. Was there a vote? Oh, I know; we took a poll…lol…It is well known that president Johnson was quoted as saying “you can have your dammm war”. History as told by the so called historian brain trust has proven to be full of shit over and over. Determining what is/was real and not fabricated to support someones agenda is both futile and possibly personally dangerous. I have a friend who was in the marines and was there during that time. I wonder what he remembers? I do know he was not fond of that war and admitted to being totally brainwashed to the narrative.
Tammra: You left out the refugee young men who fled to Canada for 10 years and were unable to come home until they were forgiven for unwillingly be killers on demand.
You also forgot the 50 years of customers, clients, and students of the young men who avoided the draft by sttending college and who were given passing grades to avoid the draft even of they barely attended class and the young women who were also given passing grades because the standards were equal for the under performing men and women.
I am NOT saying this to criticize any of those involved. I'm just saying you left out large populations from the period.
People have asked for Trump's transcript, but unless a transcript from that time shows solid A and B grades, the transcript is useless. None of the C and D passing grades from that time period cab be trusted.

So to boil all this down, it comes down to this: jealousy over ones brother, belief in lack, favoritism, and sibling rivalry. This is very small thinking. Nature is abundant, we have abundant resources, and we have the intelligence to come up with solutions to our problems. The question is, which do we choose in any given moment: do we choose love? The biggest problem for me when analyzing social problems is not being biased, but finding enough information. Especially information within government relations at any level, ( county/state/national/international ), there are too many people involved that have motives that are self serving and others that spend most of their time trying to herd us like a flock of sheep away from the truth.

It worked like hot cakes in WWII. but not in the landscape where the enemy is not wearing uniforms and following clearly demarcated rules of war, which, after WWII, we realized didn't really apply anyway. which is why the cycle hits again, right when history predicts it would... and we start the whole same cycle again but for some weird reason - maybe no one reads history - no one sees all the parallels going on here. i don't get it because it has been screaming at me since I plotted the us history of economic instability, economic shifts, and development of war. here we are, at the precise time after WWII we should be fighting again.

Someone who has a "belief" in something is much harder to change their view or what a truth might be. Beliefs are emotional believed truths and if you challenge someone's beliefs even with a new truth they will not "believe" because it challenges their emotional core foundation. It is super important to be able to discern a belief from a truth because a truth can change when new facts are presented but when you challenge belief with new facts- the believer will almost always reject the new truth because of that emotional connection.
Wow… I only see division in the media, social, tv, Hollywood and bad politics, . On the ground level, it doesn’t even exist. He starts with an absurdity. "Look at Vietnam" as an example of an attack that unified Americans? WTF?! Is he trying to rewrite the history of the Vietnam War? We were the aggressors. Vietnam never attacked or invaded us, unless you count the Gulf of Tonkin incident, which is an example of the government blatantly lying to justify an unjust war: this isn't even controversial among historians. We killed hundreds of thousands so civilians and committed horrendous war crimes. On top of that, it motivated the biggest and most persistent antiwar movement in American history, so it definitely didn't unify the country.

Tom, it’s a word or an image. If you take it back to the original way we started this process (either drawings), it’s the same today.
We need to encapsulate ideas and then leverage the relational references to understanding “what it means” to us.
Left leaning and right leaning news can agree to tell lies together. Mindblow, I know. 😂
His analysis only works with right-leaning and left-leaning centrists. The far left and far right often only want to bring down the center, these are the movements Putin is putting on fire. Very often left and right will agree to obvious lies because they destabilize the center that both of them are trying to take down.
That part where he said we can trust where the left and right agree with each other was the trap. The left and right are 2 wings on the same bird of prey. When they agree on something, it's time to take a hard look at it. Where they disagree is usually just kayfabe and B.S. stories to keep us engaged and not seeing the magic trick.
