This seems to be a very charming city, I hope I can visit sometime in the future. Seeing and sharing places like this is why I love traveling and make videos so much! And please keep up the great job! Subscribed!!
Visited there ten years back, but rented only in a hihostel in the lower part of the town, still was good, great breakfast, family style. after: shopping at migros and because was december many trade fairs around and cold too. Snow, some days, also visited a zoo down main street and there was only one bear. Great and elegant video.
I'm actually going to do an exchange year in Bern, and I'm so excited :) the only thing that worries me is if people there understand english, my german is not good.
@@aleellyod1288 hey! How was your exchange on Been University? I'm going this fall 2020 and I would appreciate if you could tell me any tips or recommend places😊
3:03 The building is impressiv because it's actually the Historical Museum of Berne, which just houses the Einstein Museum. The building was built in 1894, putting together many different historical architectual styles.
Einstein did not live in the HISTORICAL Museum. There is an Einstein exhibition there but his actual flat is on Kramgasse and that is called the Einstein House which is open from February onwards for visitors. But seriously, he did not live in the historical museum.
In recent years the nights in summer could get very warm where temperatures didn't drop below 25° C on several days or even weeks. But mostly it's between 12 - 18° C I'd say depending on whether the sky is clear or not. In summer it's more humid than in winter but in general it's rather dry but I'd say that it's neither dry nor humid. It's just humid after the rain on a hot summer day. I hope that helps 👍🏼
@@LodrikBadric hi lodrik! Thanks for replying although its super late 😅 ive been and went to bern in summer 2019 and had a great time ! Managed to swim in the river aare too! I miss travelling and wish that this whole pandemic will be completely over by end of the year. Take care and stay safe! Regards from Malaysia xx
Lovely, stunning capital city. Did you know, that most of the parents in Bern ignore traffic laws with their children and that many of these parents are civil servants? Youth in Switzerland deserve better, as a matter of fact they deserve law-abiding, conscientious and ethical civil servants, communities and citizens. Their future depends upon it. Let's double traffic fines in Bern and watch law-abiding streets and adults appear in this fabulous capital city. Imagine!
Love Bern. Love Aare river. Love your balcony view too.

That's because it's not a zoo. It's a little bear parc. 😉

right ! she must be a rich girl. finally she knows nothing about bern
I'm from Berne. Please don't come to visit us. We already have too many tourists. Stay where you are. Tourism kills the climate.
