The one thing that really bothers me is we got to watch Su-Metal and MoaMetal go from kids to teenagers to adults but YuiMetal left before we got to see her as an adult. She's the one that got me to become a Babymetal fan too. It was her face on the thumbnail I clicked on one day and was immediately drawn in by how good they were. I like Momo and she's a good fit for the band but the chemistry between Moa and Yui can't be emulated. All the energy just seems a little off now somehow.

Right, the band just isnt the same anymore, atleast i dont think. i hopped on the BabyMetal train rlly late, like 2 months ago late, and just viewing their old stuff when Yui and Mikio were still there, it has a different feel and atmosphere, today where its Moa Su and whichever Background Dancer they decide it feels artificial.

Their kawaii gimmick kinda died because the girls simply are too old now and without Yui the bands chemistry is gone. Moa dancing with some random nobody just doesn't work for me. The band had a good run, their music is never going to disappear but I'd rather see them bow out with good grace than linger on in the sorry state they are now. As for Yui I think there is something clearly shady that went on, she literally disappeared of the face of the earth after 'quitting'

Yui was definitely the perfect personification of babymetal. After 7 years the group still feels the loss of that great talent
