In 0:56 kiiisha have 8 capacity left on ultimatum,but because he using sly wolf and switch weapon while charging it up,all ultimatum capacity left just depleted without even firing it
He shot him while using shield so the shield had to lose ammo but he was unlucky and ulti lost ammo
