@@Naturexl No its's not, 143 base damage is quite low for a weapon as slow firing as that. The wall break and x-ray mean no huge threat since the damage is cut down a lot if you hit someone through a wall, and even more so if it is through multiple walls.
Brutal rainbow should have 159 minimun so 1shot kill will always be surely 1shot. (No bro, since ultimate cape nerf, base dmg needed for 1shot it's 159 now with editor cape, not 156).
