I would suggest the second option cz thata what i did, jobs are not easy to find here so if you can keep your costs to minimum for the first 2-3 months its better

Its a bit challenging to find jobs here rn cz of the number of students, its a very small city so jobs are limited so you have to be prepared to be 3-4 months without job
