The “special” video that was supposed to be posted next is delayed due to harvest starting! I’m hoping to have that video put together maybe one rainy day :)
I have to tell you, there's nothing prettier on a farm than clean, freshly washed John Deere green & yellow. Beautiful! Really looking forward to harvest videos, Hayden. Stay safe & God bless!😊❤
We did all that with buckets, no power washers when I was a kid. We waxed the trucks and painted the sideboards. We were a small operation back in the 70s and our trucks had sideboards, no semis for us. Getting ready for harvest was a big chore. 2024 harvest, here we come!!!
Ready for the new harvest videos. Great time of the year. Thanks.
washed our 2 machines last fall...definitely had to space it out a couple days...it's a tough job!! And still never actually clean lol, as you said
All the equipment is clean and ready to make some cash.🤣🤣👍👍
Es-getit... LOL Save travels. Hard to believe we are already into the start of harvest.
All nice and shiny!
I learned a tip about 30 years ago for keeping bugs off crome bumpers. Spray with wd40 and bugs wipe right off.
Excited for the new season!
It appears your time lapse video the camera switched to birds eye view by the looks of it. Looking forward to following the whole thrashing season.
Looking forward to the new season. As I've said before, if I was younger, I'd volunteer to work with you guys.' I'm not asking you to disclose but I would be fascinated to learn how much equipment you have, how much money you spend per yr and how much you earn and profit from being a harvesting family. You gotta spend in order to earn. KUDOS to you, your family and crew for all your hard work. And thanks for putting in the extra effort to produce these videos. I hope it was YT who bought your new travel trailer.
I would take and raise well pump up a little bit. Pump could be set to low.
Good too hear you'll about ready to head out. Where in South Texas do you go, might be nice too see you.
Saludos compa hanyden bendiciones para ti y tu familia buen video ✌🏻✌🏻 desde Tamaulipas ✌🏻🍀✌️✌️
Man it seems like you guys just got done with harvest last year and here you go again. Time flies when you are having fun. Be safe.
Yes marshmallow is fixed!!!
Can you send me what you use to wash the equipment. My John Deere’s need it too. Great video stay safe and good luck on starting harvest season
Great video Hayden! Where in South Texas do y'all start at? Nearest town anyway?
yea your time lapse looks like you had a fisheye lens on :)
Yeaaa - you passed 12K
Well if custom harvesting and farming don’t work out for you and Cody you’ll at least have a future at the streakin beacon!
nice video. be safe
I’m here 2 minutes after the upload!!
W
Hayden what year and model is marshmallow
😎😎
do all header trailers have a frame pipe that you can store a new cycle bar in? I seen someone's video, I want to say One Lonely Farmer, and he pulled out a complete cycle bar, knives attached out of one of the long frame pipes. I can be sure on the OLF, might have been How Farms Work IDK.
In the MacDon frame is a spot to store a brand new sickle bar so we don’t have to store it in the trailer frame. But I believe most trailers do have a spot.
@@HaydenOnHarvest thanks for the quick reply and the quiet correction of my spelling of the work sickle LOL
A combine is clean 1 time
What happened with John? Retire or moving to another situation?
I can't belive you are going to be harvesting already is it always that early? We are just begining seeding our spring crops here.
Yes, we always start cutting wheat in South Texas at the end of April.
the engine can change the RPM. Go to the engine company and they can change the RPM. I have done it be
