* MANDIs advice is actually very good * Wow I started binging these videos today and lately I’ve been struggling so severely with my ocd I’m sedating myself a lot and mandi literally named some of my intrusive thoughts and I really needed to hear it ❤❤❤ the part about radical acceptance and practicing it exposure therapy does actually help a lot of people also saying them out loud rationalises them and hearing reassurance can really help to bring you back to reality
I suffered really bad since a child with my ocd intrusive thoughts and they were always so disturbing, i slowly taught myself to shrug it off, when it comes into my brain, and started telling my partner everytime a thought had come and he would reassure me, i also spoke to my mum about my thoughts i used to have as a kid and turns out she had the same, i definitely think speaking about it helps, no matter how bad the thought is it’s not you

For anyone who is afraid of flying, I would say you have more chance of getting Into some sort of car accident than anything happening to you on a plane & people use cars every single day without a second thought 😊

Pls Mandi your tatas are already gigantic . Anything more than that it would look like it’s going to explode . This must be a psychological issue to want to have such an extreme look or your partner is pressuring you . Going bigger will just make you look strange . Sydney Sweeny has the perfect size . It would make sense for you to go smaller not bigger
Im ngl Amy's personality on LI was just big pick me energy and she never stood up for any of the girls. I don't think she's the type of loyal friend who would fight for you like Amber
