By the way Sadia Psychology woman you mentioned is not an actual psychologist, she is a teacher. She misleads people online by claiming she’s one. Sadia Khan used to be a secondary school teacher with an academic background in education, definitely no PhD in sight which is the legal requirement for someone to obtain the title of psychologist. She’s a teacher / life coach 😊
You can ask viewers to send in their dilemmas but through videos! That way it’s putting a face to a name too :) Or short video chats where they share their dilemma, you help them and then the video ends 😊

Go to therapy, I have OCD too! And if you go to your GP they will give you a proper NHS therapist
It’s always helpful to hear from someone whose actually experienced though not just a therapist that’s never been through it
Bring a relationship coach and tell her or him your bf stories and get advice and maybe go over dilemmas with the therapist too
