Good call taking some of that water out b4 them steps, u savwd them boys ass. That ish was almost an 8 slump for a sec. I know that aint yur fault. Customer clearly said .... But good call on them steps
I have a good relationship with them. I think what helps separate me from other pump operators is my experience pouring concrete prior to running these pumps.
I have SP750 but after watching this if I run the pump in reverse and put the compressor at the end blowing towards the pump it wouldn’t damage the seals in any way? Cause the pump is still going in reverse. Also are you taking the hopper down to the point where the hose spits air then fill the hopper with water for the vacuum. Or do you leave the hose filled and hopper down before going in reverse.
No I pump all the way down until air spits out. Then I start reversing back. I don’t put anything in the hopper because the guys can still use the mud if they run short. Plus all that water would just make a mess.
The pump it’s self yes. It’s 55k. I watched a11 year old pump just Thursday that sold for 58k through Ritchie Bros in Fort Worth. But here’s the deal. With the skid steer you have the option to make money using it for other jobs. Where’s the trailer pump you only pump with it. No other options
@@MuddyfeetConcretePumping But with that, you still need to purchase a skid steer at some point that is 80-100K new or at least 60k used on top of that as a running cost. This is good for the guys id guess where being portable is key and not wanting it on a trailer for 60k I could see more guys buying it if it wad closer to 30k if they were concrete guys pumping to a back yard every so often
That’s funny you say that. This is a Schwing pump kit that’s been retrofitted for a skid steer. All your pump components are Schwing components. That’s why it’s a fantastic attachment.
How well do you really like this pump Jeff that my demon compared to the swing pump that you you know your toe behind how do you like this pump I was just curious as to you think it's something that's really going to make you as much money potentially as the pump does you know the swing your toe behind pump I was just curious
I don’t know I don’t see it all the time setting up how wet you have to make it and then all the time cleaning all that equipment think you can bug that shit back with all those guys and been done in half the time in a better product way too much water in that shit
It will pump any slump you want. The slump you see is their choice. I don’t care how tight or wet they want it. I will gladly race you and your buggies for a steak dinner!
Love that LED control panel!!! A few of the big-boy manufacturers could take some queues from this 👌👌👌
They are really good. It would be a nice concept on all line pumps.
i dont do concrete work but that thing is sick!
You should try it.

Love your attitude jeff, and one thing i can really say is you are a really good friend
Thanks man! TH-cam has been great for building friendships.
Needs a hopper grate stopper to stop from floating up, my pump estops when it lifts higher then 20mm, enjoy your videos 🇦🇺
I didn’t know there was such a thing.
Thank you for another Great video. Cheers
Thank you!
Nice equipment you got there! Greetings from Florida!
It’s all top notch
Let's go boys
Lock the hubs in!
Once I put it out for a premiere you can leave a comment but you’re still not able to view it until the premiere time.
@@MuddyfeetConcretePumpingI see I'm watching the whole thing to the end

Mornin' ! Are you going to say more about someone robbing your pump? Did you get it back? Love the channel ! Herb W.
Well it happened about 3 years ago. There is some videos on that but they are further back in the channel.
Where did you put the wash out from the hopper at?
They put it on some plastic on their truck

It shouldn’t do any damage to your wear parts reversing back with air assistance.
Thank you! I’m gonna give it a shot this week
Love the channel and content my friend , Just wondering does it compromise the concert pouring it that wet ???
Yes it can. It really was only too wet on the prime out. Which is normal. We dried it up after that.
@@MuddyfeetConcretePumpingit's all about how some 1 ask it isn't it. Very cool
❤❤Thats one impressive machine savealot of wheelbarrow work 👍👍👍👍
It does make life easier for the guys pouring concrete.
@@MuddyfeetConcretePumping never would have imagined it 30 years ago great work 👍👍👍👍👍
Is the skid steer pump the same cost as a trailer pump or much less?

That Mud was so wet alright for them laying it but it weakens the finish and life - no chance of getting a slump 😅
Are you referring to when we primed out? We dried it up after the prime out.
@@MuddyfeetConcretePumping It looked more as it should after you asked the driver to reduce the water, as you could see an issue doing the steps.

I wanna try that pump so bad
Hey man Absolutely. We need to bring one up to you and give it a full send
Does it have any levelers for steep slope jobs?
You can leave it on the skid steer and level it with it.
Stay hydrated!!🤗🇺🇸
Exactly
