It’s pricey but Milwaukee is always good for a buy more save more deal on Packout twice a year so fingers crossed this will make the deal not too long after launch.
Agreed. I would happily pay $100 for it. I would be begrudgingly pay $150 for it. I will not be paying $250 lol so it looks like I will be waiting for a sale and or buying a stolen one
They’ve been launching a ton and definitely listen to pro trades people (in this country even) from what we’ve seen. But could you ever really have enough new tools… Never, after pipeline we are always asking where’s this or what about that… next year
Have they fixed the failure of battery terminal failure issue? I have to use Milwaukee at work (iron ore mine in Western Australia). In particular, their 3/4” rattle guns fail one after another. There aren’t any rubber dampers on the bottom of the handle to reduce the movement of the battery. This arc erodes the battery terminals until they fail. Makita aren’t very exciting, but they rarely let such glaring things make it though the R&D and durability testing process. Lift your game or lower your price’s Milwaukee, I mean TTI Honk Hong

Maybe it's just me, but when I saw the orbital sander and how they claim it's has less vibration, I saw a lot of silicone underneath that red liquid in comparison to the other one. I'm wondering if all that silicone had any contribution to that "less vibration".
Seems like that was just their focus for demo and marketing but not sure why it wouldn’t be a great solution for high grit finish sanding on wood as well.
They’d be fine for wood just run time issues….some days I’ve used my Mirka 9 hours straight for three days running….thats the kicker….the 3 inch sander 12v tho i could make great use of that in any finishing capacity as its always gonna be short times…
@@danmarch It's a shame there isn't a corded option it's going to be attached to a vac anyway, and the new packout vac has a cord would've been perfect. Still excited nonetheless
When I was young and started my carpentry all we had access to was the circular saws which were the old Side winders , the old black and decker you had to look over or thru the little window to see the line. The awkward saw that pinched and bound like crazy. Then I moved out west where Californian’s used the worm drive a true right handers saw. Heavy but its line of sight was a left sided blade. If not for the worm drive I would have never been a carpenter. When I would come back east to work seeing these old carpenters struggle over the circular saw holding on for dear life I had to laugh at how strange these saws were really built for left handers. I wondered why there were so few saws available that had left sided blades. I was told it’s because the motors hade to be spun in the opposite direction of the traditional method making it more expensive. Sadly now some of these saws are being made With right sided blades. My track saw is right sided which disappoints me. Why can’t the industry make both left and right handed saws more accessible. Same with tape measurements, I hold the pencil in my right hand and pull out tape with left, numbers are upside down? Who draws with their left hand?
People are surprised about the 250 rolling box that makes complete sense when you compare it to the other packout boxes but 1300 dollar shopvac floored me….my wireless shop vac thats double to size was 50 bucks brand new. It’s rigid but has never failed me. Jeez 1300 bucks….lord.
That daisy chain charger, why would they make that for only M18 batteries? With all the m12 tools they have, you would think they would give just as much importance to charging m12 batteries too.
Some good stuff! Surprised they didn't give us a Gen 2 Surge with 600 in-lbs Or a new installation driver (400 in-lbs) with better trigger sensitivity.
Milwaukee releases for each country are completely different from each other, some products we will never get and vice versa but we will keep you updated if we hear anything.

250 for the rolling drawer is insane

We got a couple here so we will do some testing and try to show off the fact they become almost see through at high speed. Pretty cool stuff!

Yeah the people going there never ask these types of questions because they wont get invited next year definitely seems rigged

Did you get the release date and cost for the Packout Mechanic Dolly they showed at this pipeline.
According to Milwaukee, it will be released this December and the price will be around 4,000 - but it's still to be determined technically.

It'll be here in early 2025, we will keep you updated though if we hear more!
I was close to buying the current M18 sander. I don't need it today, so I may just wait until the FUEL version is released.
You need to invest in a camera mount it’s super shaky where you nervous?
We apologize for that, those clips were from the Tool Show channel's live stream at Milwaukee's Pipeline, not our own content.
