Bought my first ink pad about 20 (?) years ago, it was a distress ink pad, fired brick. Still using it today. And I love all of the distress oxide inks!

Great techniques which resulted in stunning cards! Love the spraying the entire sheet of watercolor paper and then selectively die cutting. Great way to make several sheet at once and die cut later. Thanks so much for the inspiration.
Absolutely gorgeous cards. The coloring is just amazing, such a simple way to color so quickly, with beautiful variation. I love that you added some mica spray, I never think to do that. I have some layering floral dies I want to play with so I definitely will be doing this coloring here very soon. Thank you for sharing such amazing inspiration with us.
I agree that the second result was my favorite, it allowed for beautiful contrast within the different layers, the third technique is pretty close results as well if you don’t have the sprays. Those Honey Bee floral dies are just gorgeous. I have every one and they are amazing. I saw a pic on Instagram of someone who made the most beautiful compilation of the honey bee flowers that they framed as wall art, it was just beautiful. The distress color is beautiful, when I saw the packaging I thought it looked pretty similar to existing colors but once you swatched it and compared you can see that it is completely unique from anything existing and just a lovely color especially when matched up with others. I need to work on filling out my stash of distress sprays because the techniques you’ve shown lately are just lovely.
