If you eat well, get proper healthcare and is afforded access to a great education and opportunities you'll see that people of every colour and creed will do well in any test, including in your narrow view of human intelligence tests.
Whether you think that "capitalism" is the best system for providing that is another discussion. One in which you'll also be wrong, mind you. Among "rich nations" the US has the worst levels of education and general knowledge, and are the least informed populace. Correlation > < Causation.
Molyneaux and his ilk (the IQ racebaiters) have been debunked. Their "facts" are either erroneous, have serious methodological design or simply doesn't adjust for confounders in the referenced studies.

It costs a great deal to run a business in the best economic climates. Forcing a new small business to pay a minimum of 15 per hour to everyone can be detrimental in the beginning. These employees may include people who have never had a job so from them you are not going to get the best output. Yet they would be receiving a wage commensurate with a good employee which they may not be. I got a messed up Big Mac yesterday and the idea that the person who made it is getting paid $15 an hour to serve me a crappy sandwich is not fair.

They won't give a shit about being paid minimum wage in office. Their salaries are already but a pittance to them. They're wealthy before they ever get to Capitol Hill, and they just get richer once they're there, with all the kickbacks and back-office payoffs and insider trading deals.
No, if you really want politicians who give a shit, you need to put a very low cap on the net worth of who is allowed to run for office. 80% of elected representatives should be chosen from a pool of folks who make less than $60k/year. Anyone making more should have very little sway in the dealings of government.

I worked at Walmart starting in 2017... $9 for 90 days then u get $10. 2 yrs later they bumped it up to $10 then after ur “probation period “ $11. Well I didn’t get my yearly raise Walmart said my whole 25 cent raise was included when it went to $11. So I didn’t make $11.25 ... people that started 2 yrs after me were making the same as me. But, it was worse for people who had been there for 6 or 8 yrs because then THEY were making the same as a new hire. Instead of bumping them up , after busting their butt for 6 yrs or longer were not making any more money. You can’t take off more than 4 days or u get fired. If u get sick, you have to go through a separate company to take a medical leave of absence and have your dr fill out probably 10 pages of paperwork, and then half the time they reject it if the dr misses a single question, and then you go back to ur dr and have them fill it out AGAIN. Most of the time the doctors don’t understand why all the paperwork for getting the flu? Why can’t I write you an excuse? Because Walmart does not take written Drs excuses.
So, I started my own business from home... so I can finally quit. I bust my butt working for multi billion $$ Walmart, who only gave us a total of $300 bonus through a global pandemic (because we are essential workers) that was our hazard pay. 2 separate payment of $150 that was taxed. They are screwing hard working people... they aren’t bums. Unloading trucks, dealing with screaming customers cuz they wouldn’t wear masks, I walked 5-6 miles a day while at work. So I took a leap of faith working for myself, I’d rather work my butt off for myself and make a weeks wages in a couple of days. But nobody takes on Walmart. Sad. That was insulting.

@Erin's Style Channel • I will never forget a news story that aired years ago about Walmart. The newscast was about; Ulta low wages, and expected top notch work performance from the employees, by Walmart's upper echelon. So the hired mouthpiece speaking on all the joys Walmart's employees are benefitting from working there, was simultaneously giving a brief tour "behind the scenes, all the while extolling the satisfaction of the work crew. During this behind the scenes tour, they went into the employee lunch/break room. In the room there was a food donation box that employees could donate into. The donations were for OTHER WALMART EMPLOYEES who were unable to make ends meet The paid lip service tried to put a positive spin on it, categorizing it as, "Our employees are so outstanding, they even look out for their other workmates:" As opposed to how it looked, which was;. "Despite working here full time, some of our employees still can't make ends meet, and other employees have generously & voluntarily come forward with food donations". I was floored!! Talk about a lack of self awareness, AND making the employees point on their complaint of low wages. To this day I still wonder did this person ever realize the visual presented, and the fact that she practically confirmed the point employees were complaining about. Amazon too, is purported to be another slave laborer. I see delivery drivers running to leave packages, then jet off to the next delivery. People, there are more of us than them!!! UNITE FOR THE FIGHT FOR A LIFE LIVED RIGHT!!! Bezos just debuted his $40,000,000+ yacht. Forty million, on what is no more to him, than a toy!! And how was your day?!?!?

So even though she has vast experience, she doesn't deserve a little better pay? That doesn't make any since. Plus, teens also need an acceptable wage. They're supposed to be getting themselves ready to step into the real world while they have their family to lean on, before they're thrown into the wind. Most of them are working to help their families out or to try and pay for college to get themselves a better job but because they can't afford to pay for a semester because of the job they're trapped at, so they are also just stuck being poor. Most of us out here don't have their parents money to ride on.
I want to be a model citizen and do it right but I'm literally being backed into a corner where selling drugs or my body seems like it's the only thing that I can do to even get ahead. It shouldn't be like this.

Then, after spending all that money on your education, you get trapped in the vicious cycle of employers saying you need experience to get what you're worth. So guess where alot of those educated folks end up. In minimum wage jobs.

$15 per hour is about $29k per year. What the problem is these rich people are still thinking in 1980's terms. How much buying power did $29k have in the 1980's? In today's money that has the same buying power as about $110k. Their brain is stuck in the 1980's, they look at workers applying for level entry jobs and think "I can't let these kids make more money in their first job than what I made in my first job".
And the fact that there is an adviser from the Regan era arguing against a $15 minimum wage proves my point.

Richard Lane, socialism is economic system and has nothing to do with elections. Just a reminder of what you were ( or should be) taught in 4th grade- political systems can be democratic or authoritarian, or something between and they are based on how elections are organized and how accountable elected officials are to their electorate.
Economic systems are based on property rights with capitalism where everything, except military and courts, is privately owned and communism where ownership of everything, except personal items, is public. Socialism is economic system of mixed private and public ownership. All countries have some socialism in their economies . Question is how much.
Countries can be politically authoritarian and have capitalist, socialist or communist economic systems or democratic and have capitalist, socialist or communist economic systems.
Communist economic systems often uses authoritarian political systems because they get sanctioned by other countries and democratic policies would threaten their survival. Capitalist economic system usually turns into authoritarian regimes when middle class is eliminated and economy becomes not stable and public unrest starts.
