Played urgot vs akshan in toplane yesterday, it's always a great feeling to defeat a ranged top in 1 on 1. Also I still like to buy hullbreaker second because it's funny when you can delete 1 to 3 towers when your opponent is gone, or entire enemy team is on objective
idk warmogs seems so weird after testing it a bit. Would love a video a bit more indepth for the strat especially since rn warmogs doesnt seem to be nerfed next patch. Main problem i have with rushing it is that most times out of lane you dont really get to disengage a whole bunch of times to return 10 seconds later to be full life again. For example when your team fights objectives. You wont really have too much of the item in lane when you got it the lane often is already almost over (while you got 0 ad through components) and even if you get it early its tricky to not loose cs while waiting for the cooldown. And then when you got your warmogs and maybe your second item imo you just feel weaker than a normal 2 item urgot and games are often decided in that timespan of 1 to 2 items. Having the ad of one when you normally would have 2 items seems bad but maybe that just needs adoptation rethinking when you can or cant e flash enemy adc for example.
it's just a weird playstyle diff is all i can say you just need to spend more time with it and vibe it out, if you're struggling to regen the hp bar in a timely manner it's more about approaching the situation differently
Its more of like a longer version of playing safe using fleet in lane. Since fleet healing this patch is nerfed. But as for out of lane its a good item cuz of the 15ms it gives
No atk speed shard? Pretty sure you were running it a few patches ago and when I switched to it I found it so much better for cs'ing and weaving in autos to bully people. Is the extra AD more worth in your opinion Urpog?
for a while i ran AS shard for convivence but ad is generally just superior idk it's mor eof a vibes thing if you feel like you get more value from the AS then it's not griefing to do it but maybe it's just better to run legend as instead of lifesteal coz ad in league is giga op
looking at the build, I notice not only lack or armor on suggested builds, there is absolutely no MR in the items usually except jack sho one. Isn't that a issue? even tanks usually need armor and magic resist to multiply the health you gain or else you become way squishy especially against champions with % max health dmg like champs with liandry or BORK So would it be fine if I replace one of tanking items like deadman or sterak for jack sho or MR items like Force of a Nature? like building Unending despair+Force of nature for balance of MR and Armor
if you're looking for MR then FON > Kaenic/Visage - visage if you have multiple enchanters like ivern karma, sera sona etc or Kaenic against burst, FON is the best MR item
urgot wants to get you to 25% hp cutdown is more damage until you're 50%hp it's just thematically very fitting and very strong, it's unconditional damage unlike last stand which requires you to be damaged
I really don't get how warmog is helping in this case. Yes, you get regen, but vs tanks you sacrifice the damage of balck cleaver or the slow of the stridebreaker and just become useless fat lupm. The whole midgame is also delayed a lot
tbh you just have to play it you'll just talk about minmaxing and the relative strength of the build without understanding the depths of it, you don't lack anything urgot's base dmg is strong enough
@@Urpog1 just tried the warmog build another time. literally 0 damage urgot build, wouldn't ever recommend it. You just run around the tank and do nothing
idk what to tell you, if you don't like it you don't like it but it's good, urgot's base damage is good enough and you autowin vs anything warmogs is actually good enough, just use your health bar disengage kill them again, watch a vod or smth 🤷♂️
yeah dont get me wrong it's an omega different playstyle it takes a couple games to getting used to, i'd advise it rawly against malphite if you'd like to pick it up again to see it's usage because don't get me wrong the application is niche
