Very impressive upgrade, Dan. I purchase the Weber Kettle grill with the table built on as one whole unit a couple of years back, and I love it and use it all the time. I like your setup where you can use it on both Kettle and Pit Barrel. Nice job!

Any concerns about the lip of the two clips lifting the lid off a pit barrel cooker? I have a very tight fit on my lid that I think helps a lot with temperature management. I’d be concerned that even a slight gap might cause it to run hotter.

You may have already seen it but there is a cool mod for the pit barrel using a harbor freight rolling cart . That side rack will sure be helpful !
