How To Remove Waste Yarn When Knitting Forethought (or afterthought) Heel

In this video, I will demonstrate how you remove the waste yarn to recapture your stitches when knitting a forethought heel (which is commonly referred to as an afterthought heel). Some people find this to be intimidating, but, as you'll see, there's nothing to worry about!
