Throwing this out there for a thematic battle report scenario - Angron and the World Eaters vs an uncouth alliance of Ghazghkull’s Orks and Imperial Guard brought together for their shared desire to avenge the death of Commissar Yarrick / Ol’ Bale Eye
I love battles that are this close because it really shows the importance of fighting for every point you can what with how Mubin would've won if he killed the dread differently.
That Wreathed in Warpflame play was one of the biggest cases of, "Dice tell stories," I think I've seen so far. You can almost imagine those Terminators calling out to Tzeentch, screaming, "The Changer shall immolate you in flames, dogs of the Emperor, like the flames you burned Prospero with! Revenge for our fallen brothers!"
great matchup and a lot of fun to watch. I think if she would’ve used tank shock when she charged those terminators with the vehicle, it would have been a different story though.
Im so glade they are doing this. Its literally what my brother and i were looking for because we both want to start playing and we werent sure if we could do it with just the combat patrols for starters. Everyone always saying we need to spend on this and that in order to play but it looks like yall 2 made it happen! I love it. Aannnnddd i always wanted to have a space wolves army when i first found out about war hammer a couple weeks ago and my brother thought the thousand sons were awesome!!
Great game! Just a heads up, Heroic Intervention doesn't work like 9th anymore. It can only be used on an enemy unit after it made a charge move. Those reivers could not heroically intervene.
When I was like 10 I saw on tv late at night people playing warcraft 3. I thought man I wish there was a tv show like this of warhammer. XD thank you internet and you guys. This is brilliant. Incredible quality. Love this. Ps give em the dice you monsters
Sigh, disappointed with the draw as a Wolves player but I have to admit, the dice were hiarious to BOTH sides, and this makes it balanced and fun. Thanks to Stephanie for playing Space Wolves and giving a decent, if not great fight and showing the Wolves getting as good as it gets. (I play Space Wolves so always rooting for the underdog, pun fully intended.) To Mubin, will dispense with the heretic comments but you played well and awesome. Together with Stephanie.... I had a blast this half hour despite the draw. Thanks and kudos to both. newly subscribed, for my part I hope I can see more Wolves giving a decent fight against any opponent, though as long as both players having a blast, good enough.
Not sure if the rule is different for combat patrol or not, but 10th changed engagement range to 1 inch. Charges can now end up an inch away and still make it, but must be base to base if they can
Love these Combat Patrol matches as someone new into the hobby and still learning how to play. My cousin and I split the Ultimate Starter set and my bro got the Thousand Sons combat patrol.
Tsons have always been a close 2nd favourite in terms of armies for me (my first true love being Tyranids) though I think Tsons will be on the channel quite a bit more this edition
MUBIN!!!! THE FORCE STAFF!! lol Overall great game and I'm SUPER happy to see Tzaangors. I know they're not the best unit but I love their models so I'm happy to finally see them on the table.
That high table looked cool at first but watching both players seemingly struggle to see dice in that tray. I'm pretty tall so I wouldn't have that problem but I can see a reason for having a regular heighted table.
Thank you again to Play On for having me! I had such an amazing time.
Any time!
Love the classic codex space wolves t shirt. Where did you get it?
Thank you for wearing that awesome spacewolves codex shirt from my first space wolves army in 1995!! So awesome!!
sorry to bother you but i have to ask where you got your super cool skull helms for your marines?
We need more Stephanie on this channel
JT: "These dice are balanced."
Mubin: *proceeds to make that hard to believe.*
So damn true 🤣
I dunno sometimes Tzeentch just has a way with dice
Tzeentch moves in baffling ways.
they need checking for sure.
Read my damn mind. That was a questionable amount of 6s.
I love that Mubin was channeling Tzentch so hard he genuinely thought he might roll a 7 on a 6-sided dice
I mean if you will it hard enough.....maybe Tzeentch will listen
HAHAHA
@@MubinTalatiisn’t that more of an orc thing?
Heh. Paw Patrol.
God Damn it... as a space wolves fan I have to that's was good
Furries amirite?
Dang it... thats good
Funny
About as funny as grandmas cancer.
enjoying seeing Orion getting the love she deserves. Love her paint jobs and her channel
thanks so much!
Insanely good looking miniatures!
Throwing this out there for a thematic battle report scenario - Angron and the World Eaters vs an uncouth alliance of Ghazghkull’s Orks and Imperial Guard brought together for their shared desire to avenge the death of Commissar Yarrick / Ol’ Bale Eye
God this would be awesome
One word....... YES
Bro this would be so cool to see in one of those massive battle videos
It's still not said anywhere that Angron killed Yarick tho...
It’s never been stated that Angron killed Yarrick
The best thing about Play On Tabletop, the great sportsmanship on display. Constant reminders that players get rerolls.
23:16 Stephanie celebrating like a true Space WOLF there hahaha
I love battles that are this close because it really shows the importance of fighting for every point you can what with how Mubin would've won if he killed the dread differently.
Mubin is a great guy to walk new players through the game and have fun while doing it. Also loved having Stephanie and her models on the show!
Changer of ways influencing the dice rolls here. Made for some great twists in both directions. A joy to watch!

Seriously I didn't think they'd do it but we were both stunned at that result
Its why I love necromunda and dnd XD that moment was dope
Love these Combat Patrol battle reports. They're so much fun
Wonderful timing. Im ordering the Space Wolves combat patrol this weekend after taking months deciding on what I wanted for my first army. Cant wait!
AHWOOOO
Congratulations. Have fun.🎉
Enjoy it :)
>-> vile spacewolf player.
I kid XD im just a salty word bearer fan
Stephanie's bases look absolutely perfect, especially against the white battlemat
The quality of these productions is huge for a table top soldiers game. Great effort.
As a Space Wolf player I was constantly willing Orion on! Awesomely painted wolves!
great matchup and a lot of fun to watch. I think if she would’ve used tank shock when she charged those terminators with the vehicle, it would have been a different story though.
Seems like over time, the crew has expanded quite a bit, its good that the community is expanding
Always love seeing the Wolves played, and this was great game! Play On knows how to pick their players, that's for sure.
Pretty sure Mubin is gonna flush those dice down a toilet after this
Love to see the dusty boys come out again, easily my favorite army
Epic battle! That was fantastic. BUT can we take a moment to appreciate how AMAZING both armies are painted! Well done to all!
Both is maybe a stretch. The scarabs aren't really up to par.
@@ands1983 Each to their own. I thought they looked good. I'd be happy to play up against them!
My favourite series after the kill team! Don't know why... Good job guys! Give us more!
Thanks for having players who are respectful of the audience. I don't need someone auditioning for blues clues to hold my attention.
That was awesome! Great game to both of you! Love to see more games with Stephanie.
Dammit Mubin! its about time for you to use the thousand son army
Combat patrol by far the best way to play 40K small games every roll matters, every loss hurts Awesome!!

Great game, and very entertaining players to watch!

Yup still adjusting to the new edition. That was actually my 2nd game of 10th edition ever

Wooooot!!!!! A 10th edition play on table top including two of my three armies! Can't wait
props for managing to play space wolves and thousand sons without developing multiple personality disorder
@@AdamJones-tu9lx The third army is Orks... So I'm always in a bit of an identity crisis

MY THOUSAND BOYS YES!!!!
Man Moobin's dice this game would make me call a judge lol
These combat patrol videos are the absolute best 40k videos on YT - perfect balance of time investment and gameplay
the ultimate "my dad could kick your dad's ass" in 40k grimdark super soldier deathmatch form
What great paint job on that war suit!
Why does the war suit looks like the avatar AMP suit
Ha!
Great game, folks - Stephanie, those Wolves: SO GREAT! Amazing style and execution!
thank you :-)
Mubin got more sixes in one game than he did all his other games combined holy shit
I almost want someone to go back and review all the videos of me to see if that's actually true.....cause I feel like it is
Great game, great production!
This was awesome!! Makes me really want to try combat patrol. Just gotta paint up a few more minis…
Loving these combat patrol battle reports, and this was a super entertaining game. Well done all 😃
Played my first games of combat patrol over the weekend, for a complete noob the format is excellent! Just enough units/rules to keep track of!
the intro itself is amazing. what the hell lol nice one
That many sixes is seriously off the charts
20:22 That was my nickname in college
LOL a fitting end to the battle between these foes. Really enjoying these combat patrol batreps.
I'd request the judges to check Mubin's dice before he has a chance to flush 'em.
There's a reason they don't let me use those dice often
Sigh, disappointed with the draw as a Wolves player but I have to admit, the dice were hiarious to BOTH sides, and this makes it balanced and fun.
Thanks to Stephanie for playing Space Wolves and giving a decent, if not great fight and showing the Wolves getting as good as it gets. (I play Space Wolves so always rooting for the underdog, pun fully intended.)

Stephanie, I LOVE THAT SHIRT!!! and your models are pretty awesome too. 😊
LOVE that table! Looks so good!

The best part is the space wolves codex shirt. Such a great throw back. We need these for all old codexes
Love these Combat Patrol matches as someone new into the hobby and still learning how to play. My cousin and I split the Ultimate Starter set and my bro got the Thousand Sons combat patrol.
Mubin is such a chad, he only plays the best factions! love this man
I mean who doesn't like Tyranids, Thousand Sons and World Eaters
"Is there anymore iconic battle than thousand sons vs Space Woves ?" : Yes, there is
Orion is a joy to watch , and the painting makes me feel not worthy great batrep.
I’m somewhat brand new to 40k. I love this channel. Thanks guys. One day I wanna play here.
Mubin's bad luck during the gauntlet definitely came back around for this lol
That was awesome! A tied game even! Wow i had a great time Watching this match.
Sooooo.... rematch when?
We can't leave this undecided (also was so fun to watch, I want another match between Steph and Mubin)!
This match was AMAZING!
bittersweet end over the dices tho
Woof-woof, it’s a sound of da Fenris 😂
Also, STEPHANIEEEEE!
*ran out into the sunset*
Such a good game. These combat patrols are epic. I bet they're nice to edit too!!😂
Loving this series
Goat-bird power! I'm rooting for the unofficial official army of play-on: T-sons! (Get it? Since it's a T-shirt company?)
Mubin's rolls were such a roller-coaster of emotions
Those space wolves look incredible. totally worth a follow for that
Mubin’s dice need to be checked. No one rolls that high that often
I like to Mubin Mubin. 🎶

And so feud between Space Wolves and Thousand Sons continues XD What a way for the match to end!!!

Glad to see Stephanie back! Love this series.
Jt really let the intrusive thoughts win this game. "Mubins movement... mubins muvins...i like to muvin muvin!"
Great game and excellent paint job on the Space Wolves
Stephanie's a real one! Also love Mubin and his Thousand Sons!
LOL The conclusion of this game is rather fitting between Space Wolves vs Thousand sons :P
23:16 The sum of results of dice roll is 9. Weaver of Fates definitely has put his hands on it)
Clearly the Weaver has his hands everywhere
Stephanie's Space Wolves inspire me to try bigger, prouder markings on my Wolves ❤
Awesome game 😎😄😁😆😅 5 Smile's.
MUBIN!!!! THE FORCE STAFF!! lol Overall great game and I'm SUPER happy to see Tzaangors. I know they're not the best unit but I love their models so I'm happy to finally see them on the table.
I KNOW! I usually use the bonk stick but the ONE time I choose not to....
Why did they tie? Last time I checked 28 + 15 is 43. 5 for primary, and 10 for no mans land. Where did the extra 5 points come from?
I just imagine all the marines shake with anger every time a space wolf is mentioned similar to Magnus in the tts series.
The most Tzeentchian game ive seen yet.
Damnit Muben!
Combat patrol is a genius format
Great video! Love the combat patrol system
Is oath of moment different in combat patrol do you not re-roll wounds as well
loaded dice for sure lol
That many sixes could potentially have triggered a full on table flip.
What an ending, great game 😁❤️👍🏻
Mubin is strategically mubin his army around the board. Some would say he is a gooder little muber.
12:23 The odds of rolling like that are like .4%
Tzeentch was definitely on your side!
Never tell me the odds
REMATCH REMATCH REMATCH!!!
Playing with weighted dice is cool. Especially when it gets recorded and put on youtube.
Remember Tizca!
Combat patrol content is the real winner
That high table looked cool at first but watching both players seemingly struggle to see dice in that tray.
I'm pretty tall so I wouldn't have that problem but I can see a reason for having a regular heighted table.
Awesome episode
