One huge reason RockStars feel entitled. To this day, it is inexcusable that he walked away from this. He KILLED another human being by his recklessness, irresponsibility, ego and his "I am a rockstar" attitude. Mike monroe was the guy who vince got his blond bomber look from. Look at pics of Monroe and then vince after razzles death. The prick killed his drummer and then stole his look.

Vince was never punished for this really. Yes, they were partying hard and I seriously doubt he was the only person drink driving at that party....but it's a messed up thing. Neil got out of jail in 15 days for good behavior; Mötley Crüe dedicated their third studio album, Theatre of Pain, to Razzle. But please continue to say he got off Scott free, dude has to live with the guilt and is super out of shape now. There s a guy in Syracuse NY who got no jail time for killing 3 teams drunk driving, left the scene and his from the cops so let's not pretend like that kind of shit never happens and that guy never got any charges for killing 3 kids
Why is it because of Vince? If you have a drunk friend who's gonna drive would you go in the car with him? No, right? It was both of their decisions to go out driving while they're drunk man.
Now I’m not defending Vince here. What happened was absolutely terrible, his actions lead to the death of Razzle who was extremely young at the time. It was a terrible thing and Vince deserves the flak he gets for his reckless behavior in this Incident. But for the people saying “Oh well karma killed his daughter” are you fucking sick? Cancer is an extremely devastating thing and destroys families. Vince essentially killed Razzle yes, I’m not denying that, but to simply sit their and essentially point and laugh at a man who lost his daughter, and then hide under the pretense of “Its just karma” is absolutely fucking deplorable. Thinking it was good that someone lost their daughter because of their reckless behavior is really fucked up, and just because he did an extremely terrible and reckless thing doesn’t justify you, in essence, saying that he deserved to have his daughter die.
Search here for (Sucker For a Pretty Face) by Rockcandy. It's a great under rated 80s album! Also (Sinful Demo Album 1984) it features Jose Anes B4 Rockcandy and Nuno Bettencourt B4 Extreme!!!! Enjoy
The death of his daughter was probably the greatest gift God could give her cuz Lord only knows how bad vince would have messed her up as a teen and later a young adult. He would have introduced her to the rock lifestyle and 5 will get you 10 she woulda been a drug addict like hercold man and ruined her life.
Should of Vince stayed in jail for a sentence he deserved at the time and remain in jail for his actions? What do you think leave a comment on your thoughts.
What a load of shit. He kills someone and never learns from it. Anyone else woulda went to jail for decades. Feel so bad for the 2 lives he ruined by his stupidity.
Killing someone because you were driving drunk shouldn't be labeled as an "accident". It just straight up buffoonery! B.t.w. Vince's on stage singing is worse than his driving.
Negligence is not the same as premeditated murder..... His sentence was ridiculous,...but acting like he is a murderer who got off with a slap on the wrist is also ridiculous.
If justice would have prevailed and he got serious jail time like he deserved motley crue woulda survived and probably became even bigger cuz good vocalists were plentiful in the 80s and the core of the band that created the first 2 masterpieces were still there.Yeah without vince I think they woulda been just fine.
Has Vince ever expressed remorse for this? He doesn't seem to show it in any video I have seen. Is he a sociopath? A person with a conscience would be emotionally destroyed over something like this.
Vince DID say it was fucked up that he only had to spend 20 days in jail and pay over 2 million to the victims/victim's families when most normal people would have been rotting in prison if they had done the same thing.

Not Razzles, not the other people but Vince alone. Razzles stupidity came when he decided to get in the car with ANOTHER drunk in Neil.
In fact it was a judicial solution very advanced to its time. Today, what is relevant in cases of negligence is to compensate the damages of the victims and not punish the victimizer with deprivation of liberty. Vince had money and paid. The terrible thing is when you get hurt by someone who does not have how to compensate your damage. Of course, the life of the fatal victim will not be reestablished, but his family could be repaired in the best way that the law has invented for now.
People acting like "they didnt do anything!" His lawyers had to FIGHT FOR THAT!!! It was said that he could do more good, out on the road as an Advocate against drinking and driving. He could show the world the way to get better and not fall into the same trap of addiction that could lead to such a terrible and fatal accident. He had lots of guidelines he had to follow and all. shane walsh bahaha
He's very lucky to be alive, Jesus, God really has mercy on these guys lol
Its a very unfortunate accident/mistake. Sadly that night changed the lives of everyone involved.
How could you possibly walk away scot-free from that? I have a friend who had an accident, he made a stupid decision on the road but wasn't drunk, he hit another car which resulted in the death of one of the people in that car. No prior convictions but he served jail time for it (and quite rightly so.....this is in Scotland btw). He had some American friends who were surprised and couldn't believe he went to jail. It's beyond my comprehension that Vince Neil could get away with this. Is road crime not taken that seriously in the U.S?
If you have money in the USA, the Justice system doesn't apply to you. Just listen to ...And Justice for All, it's a pretty accurate description.
Lol, I dont think it's just America. If you have money in any county and any time, you can get away something.
martindfp72 this also happened almost 35 years ago when DUI laws weren’t half as stiff as they are now. If this happened now, I don’t care how much money he had, he’d see significant jail time.

DUI laws weren’t as strict

$2.5 million and 20 days in jail. Unbelievable.
15 days sad

For killing one person and causing permanent brain damage in 2 others while hes allowed to go on his merry way and live a life of total debauchery like a fucking 10 year old.Grow up vince you fucking loser.
@@spacyplatypus1828 Oh Wow .he really got a harsh sentence .LOL
Yup and the 2.5 million came from the bands liability fund. Vi ce never paid 1 cent. Never bought another crue album after shout. I dont support drunks who kill and laugh it off.
Vince Neil is the living embodiment of the phrase, "Money Talks And Bullshit Walks".
3:36 dude's name is Vince Neilstein.
I lobe how the news got it wrong and the movie got it wrong. Vince actually was sentenced to 30 days but only served 15 days on the condition he stay sober.
And he didnt even fulfill that part of it cuz he tells how the guards snuck him in beer and even some fucking slut who screwed him in his cell.UNF***INGBELIEVABLE.
This is one of the things that Sikki Nixx said really booted him off the deep end into his smack addiction.
He said "it was the 1st time I realized.... WTF would I do if this stopped? Who wouldn't have and where would I go?" He had a resentful feeling towards Vinny fir a while.
While looking back and speaking he sez "idk why! It couldve been any of us! There were no consequences for any of the things we did then"
This is why you don't drink and drive
Celebrity status still applies to today’s celebrity
One huge reason RockStars feel entitled. To this day, it is inexcusable that he walked away from this. He KILLED another human being by his recklessness, irresponsibility, ego and his "I am a rockstar" attitude. He went on to live his life even MORE recklessly after he was released, did not learn a damn thing. He did not intend to kill Razzle, I get it. But he is a killer all the same and should've spent years in prison.
In the commercial,he should have said "WE" instead of they
Gho2Traxx or “ME” and “I” !!
I think he should of been in prison,, Fuck the fine.. As an old man once told me you can loose all the money you have and gain it all back but you cannot get back time,, he should of at least did a few years cuz obviously he never learned
Well, the other people in the Volkswagen sued for a lot of money. How were they gonna get that money if Vince was in jail? That’s basically what it comes down to.
He said we worry about drunk drivers JUST LIKE YOU 😂 we don't want to get hit.. THEY kill over blah blah last year .. " woww
the worst part is that Vince never learned his fucking lesson
No worries 2019 and Jussie Smollet showed justice system still doesn't apply to famous people
I think that $3 million is worth more than Vince sitting in a jail cell. In 2022, that's over $8 million
Almost Nobody in this whole video is looking at the camera when they speak, theyre always looking slightly left or slighty right.
even though he kind of gotten away with it, he still lost his friend, and has to live with a murder charge on his record. dont drink and drive kids.
They were all drunk. Not only the driver is to blame.
It's not a crime to be drunk! It's a crime to DRIVE drunk!
Joey Punk ikr I would rather weed
@Joey Punk Imma drive drunk to your mommas house
Vince is TOTALLY to blame. He wad driving not razzle. He lost control and killed a friend and NEVER apolagized for it one IOTA. What a piece of shit.
@@Ghostwriter78 the point is Razzle knew how drunk Vince was it hit them when they got down the road neither had time to react it was a tragic accident
Vince Neil has to live with what he did for the rest of his life That is worse than any punishment that the law can deal out
But he never learned his lesson really. He's done it so many times after 1984. Nobody ever killed or injured by him after -84, but he never learned his lesson. He's those dumb asses who should've taken away his driver's license forever and his cars too!
He learned nothing, no remorse
Oh yeah' hes being punished. Multi million dollar homes' cars only the few can buy' pussy wherever he goes WHENEVER he wants it. World tours of non stop drinking. Yup hes better off .LMFAO

Certaintly not the first or last time a celebrity killed someone under the influence and got away with it. Not to defend Vince, he has to be responsible for his actions, but I doubt there are many people who haven't drove when they shouldn't. A lot if it comes down to luck.
Trulysarcastic44 BS as I can guarantee that you or I would not have ever gotten the same treatment Neil got and you know that. We world get 10-20 easily for the amount of damage be caused to three people.
@@alanndrake2619 as I said, it's not the first or last time a celebrity killed someone and got away with it. Even Vince said he would of done serious time if he wasn't wealthy. If you're wealthy, you can get away with just about anything.
Trulysarcastic44 in retrospect I can understand why the judge ruled how he did. You're faced with criminal and social justice ; if you sentence Neil to a lengthy term he can't make restitution to 3 victim's. Tough call but money definitely plays a significant role.
Alann Drake no money was the call. He only got out because he’s rich and famous
TeamAtFort no, you need to go back and read the remarks of the judge who presided over the trial.
Yeah whats up with gnr and mötley crue? where is the metal?

@GoingBackToThe1980s agree I don't think it's beyond a single digit
I always considered The Crue a Pop band. Never bought any records or attend any concerts
Hanoi Rocks were 10 times the better band than Crue. Razzle is still missed by his fans and I will always be one of them.
MrJoeythebabykangaro naaa, is more better x 1000 motley crue easy

@@tomwolak3362 you gotta stop smoking pot... now!
Since when is hair rock pop ( GnR, Motley, twisted sister ) metal? ._.
Giovanni Garcia gnr isn't hair rock pop
Back in those days it was all considered metal. There was not even the term "hair metal". With all the different styles of metal nowadays though, people tend to categorize it, and thats understandable with there being so many i guess.
Listen to shout at the devil and You'll have your answer, that album in any era is Metal and it's a classic, so is Appetite for destruction, back then they didn't have all these stupid names for metal genres, idiots thought of those.
I hope Vince Rots in hell...he should have given a stiff Prison sentence...We all know too well how diehard Crue fans of that era would felt if it had been Razzle driving drunk behind the wheel and Vince got killed....God knows Tommy Nikki and Mick would have hunted Razzle down..and what about the two innocent bystanders in the other car??...How would Crue fans react if one of the occupants had been driving drunk and collided with Vince's Car leaving he and Razzle crippled???? And clearly Vince has never learned his lesson in recent years!!
You're fucking stupid. Ya they were both drunk and shouldnt have gotten in a car but that was his best friend you fucking moron. Learn shit other than just watching the movie. If you lived in that time it would be so different as how it was portrayed you fucking moron
He probably felt he was being punished when his daughter died, just a few years later.
Vince was never punished for this really. Yes, they were partying hard and I seriously doubt he was the only person drink driving at that party....but it's a messed up thing.
He already knows that he got off light. And he even took the risk again and again by driving drunk.
That's Motley Crue, they don't live and think like we do. They never did.
I love the music but that's one thing that needs to be accepted.
The fact that a guy named Vince Nielson was featured in this video kills me.
There was a song about this. ButtF**K by Nuclear Assault
Yeah I also heard ymthe one about you!...tisk tisk
It didn't make sense to put Vince in jail.. If he didn't work then he wouldn't have been able to pay the victims their money.
If they would have put him in prison it would not have been possible for him to pay millions of dollars in restatution, and make no mistake about it these other people in the other car and Vence's friend's family was on board with this court outcome and also it was a lot more money than it is today. I have no doubt Vence was and still is very remorseful about this. Mabe even more today. People change with age, Big Time !

In July 1986, Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Edward Hinz, Jr. sentenced Neil to 30 days in jail, five years probation, $2.6 million in restitution to the victims of the crash and 200 hours of community service.
Why are some of these guys smiling like this was the biggest achievement ever... And how much was the jury paid?
Imagine he got away with this, there's someone buried because of him and he never did time.
They don't know what karma is. It's a simple answer that keeps people from thinking too hard.
Search here for (Sucker For a Pretty Face) by Rockcandy. It's a great under rated 80s album! Also (Sinful Demo Album 1984) it features Jose Anes B4 Rockcandy and Nuno Bettencourt B4 Extreme!!!! Enjoy
No one thinks about the fact that he got his carma times ten when he lost his little girl.
The death of his daughter was probably the greatest gift God could give her cuz Lord only knows how bad vince would have messed her up as a teen and later a young adult. He would have introduced her to the rock lifestyle and 5 will get you 10 she woulda been a drug addict like hercold man and ruined her life.
Not saying that your wrong there im just stating the fact that it happened
Should of Vince stayed in jail for a sentence he deserved at the time and remain in jail for his actions? What do you think leave a comment on your thoughts.
Should of had to take care of the peoples he hurt.

His sentence was ridiculous,...but acting like he is a murderer who got off with a slap on the wrist is also ridiculous.
if only Vince would've been the one that died, or been locked up like he should've been, we would've been saved from those horrible fukn vocals
If justice would have prevailed and he got serious jail time like he deserved motley crue woulda survived and probably became even bigger cuz good vocalists were plentiful in the 80s and the core of the band that created the first 2 masterpieces were still there.Yeah without vince I think they woulda been just fine.
2:02 MACHO MAN SHIRT!!! YOU R MY MAN
Well Vince paid the price after all, he took Razzle's life without punishment so Karma took his daughter.
Why does Vince gotta be the bad guy you guys are tryin to make him look bad they were both drunk and messed up
Who was driving DIPSHIT.
Has Vince ever expressed remorse for this? He doesn't seem to show it in any video I have seen. Is he a sociopath? A person with a conscience would be emotionally destroyed over something like this.
Vince DID say it was fucked up that he only had to spend 20 days in jail and pay over 2 million to the victims/victim's families when most normal people would have been rotting in prison if they had done the same thing.

wtf all saying metal injection. Vince didn't killed the guy. He had a few and the car, come out of no where and hit them.
nightcrawler6261 BS! That's not at all what happened. Vince was drunk, speeding, hit a wet spot in the road and slid right into oncoming traffic. That's his fault no one elses.
