Really too bad that there aren't any cups that don't release any harmfull particles in our drinks, whatever cup we buy there is always some plastic parts ruining it.
My all time favorite to be honest is the stainless steal (not plastic) Keep Cup. I really like how their glass ones look with coffee in them too, but for my personal use with what I have, it's the stainless steal one and obviously maintains heat the best.
I need to Adress something in this comment even though its 5 months old. Its not obvious that it maintains heat the best. Compared to glass, stainless steel has a way higher thermal conductivity coefficient which means it will absorb the heat from your beverage faster and radiate it to the sourrounding air faster, thus make your coffee colder faster. Just a metallurgical input. The reason why some metal cups seem to hold the heat better is because there's a gap inside the walls involved, the inner part never touches the outer part except for the rim on top. And by forcing a vacuum inside the gap, which is the best way to isolate heat as a vacuums thermal conductivity coefficient is theoretically 0, it makes for phenomenal thermal isolation.
I loved my frank green cup when I got it, super leak proof and could just pop it in my bag and go. It then started to leak within 6 months, and then 1 year later I can barely screw the lid on!!! It’s to tight to get on, and then it still leaks if I do manage to get it on!
Stainless steel Keep Cup. Yes, it will leak if you turn it upside-down but it keeps the coffee hot enough and the lid is just nice to drink from and doesn't interfere with the taste of the coffee.
I have to find this video again after watching it 10 months ago. I tend to buy Frank Green cups because I love the color and youthful style. But the only reason I didn’t buy one is that I prefer the 475ml size, however, it’s too tall and cylindrical for daily use, which I think might be a little uncomfortable. (Sorry, I didn’t mean to mention the brand, but this is just my personal opinion; it doesn’t mean the brand isn’t good.) So, I researched other brands and found this video. At first, I didn’t notice the Stokke brand because, in the video, it looked quite normal and had an old design. But when I read the comments, I started to pay attention to this brand and decided to buy one. After 10 months, I wanted to leave a comment to express how much I love this cup. Most reusable cups have a stainless steel interior, and when we drink from them, it doesn’t feel as nice as using ceramic or glass. That’s why I didn’t like reusable cups. However, Stokke’s cup has a ceramic coating inside, which gets a 10/10 from me. The design is like a regular cup that we can use every day, so that gets a 10/10 as well. I also bought a special cup with a colorful design, which makes it less classic, and I really love it 10/10. Thank you for making the review video, i truly thankful for this.
On those cups... the lid is only for preventing you from spilling everything over you or your dashboard... to make it waterproof so you can throw them in a backpack and carry them around for the whole day without spilling a drop was never the intention there... however... I also wish there would be any that is completely sealed when you close it.
@Seven Miles Coffee Roasters, I was wondering how lasting is the ceramic coating for the inner layer? I’m guessing there is no health risk since the layer below is stainless steel for the Frank Green and Sttoke cups but wondering what’s the expected life span. @Adam is your Sttoke cup still going strong or how long did it last? Side note: I saw that Sttoke released a new leakproof version a while back but the cup has screw mechanism.
Anyone realises Sttoke's "ceramic" is probably coated with Teflon? They try to obscure it, saying "Greblon (R) Ceramic", and you have to read further to understand there are a number of "Greblon" (food/kitchen application) coatings, most of which use a top layer of PTFE (teflon) on top of the ceramic+substrate layer. Most folks try to avoid Teflon, but Sttoke's misleading marketing makes you think you avoid it - you don't (probably).
@@Assenayo I know this is long past, but no, it doesn’t fit in a standard cup holder. Not sure what you decided on. It is good for taking from place to place and staying hot, but not to drink in a vehicle, unfortunately. I just ordered the Sttoke to see if it would travel well (but not as leakproof)…
Good review. I would like to add 'KINTO' cup to the list. Very Durable, Keeps coffee warm for more than an hour and very easy to clean. Expensive but looks very good.
Great review guys, I just broke my Joco glass cup making an Aeropress a bit too firmly and wanted to see some reviews, I don't drink from plastic, but after your review am now leaning toward the Sttoke, thanks again.
I use a Joco cup because I like glass better as well. However, looking for one with a good seal for travelling so this video was very helpful thank you!
He constantly interrupts her, snatches items from her hands and directs her with what to say, restates things she has just said. I got to 5 minutes and had to stop watching, she needs another presenting partner.
Wow, I just checked, THEY EDITED IT OUT!!! I wrote you a reply about what happened, then went on to watch it again and it is GONE! They just show the cups for a really long time instead. Wow.

I have the frank green and keep cup and they all leak and don’t stand the test of time

In my experience, The Sttoke lid will shoot a hot blast of liquid at your lip when you first try and take a sip. It has a vacuum design flaw.

My Purist traveler mug won't leak at all when closed.

My favorite is the Huskee Cup
I wanna grab the keep cup made of glass but I wonder, why didn't mention it?

Try the Fellow Carter everywhere cup, it is super leek-proof, and it has ceramic inside
The Fellow cup looks amazing. Would love to include that in a future review.
I got mine 2 weeks ago and I'm loving it
@@LiveLoveLaugh102310 does the Carter fit in drink cup holders? It looks pretty wide.

Hadn't heard on Kinto cups before. They look great, will have to try them out sometime. 👌
+1 for the Kinto, also doesn't feel like you are drinking from a toddlers sippy cup, I've kept mine loose in a bag multiple times and no drops at all.

zojirushi has the best heat retention in the game. I live in the Canadian arctic and it reliably keeps my coffee hot while snowmobiling in -50
wow, hard to argue with that...
Love the little dramatic sketches!... 'No, don't put it in the dishwasher!'
Freesko?

I use the Miracle x Sttoke the limited edition everyday. I love it.
Pro trick : you can watch series at flixzone. Me and my gf have been using them for watching loads of movies during the lockdown.
@Gibson Colton definitely, have been watching on Flixzone for years myself :)
Great review, also worth checking out Upper Cup.
The Sttoke cup is great!
Agree, it's really well made...
4:08, He just grabbed it from her hands and mansplained it, not nice.
Ugh, instant turn-off. So disrespectful. Look at her expression, I feel bad for her.

Rude is rude, I mean if the dude was a woman it's still a rude thing to do isn't it.
What are you people even on about 🤔
