First off, GORGEOUS setup. I love the idea and the armies. Sadly, I saw where this was going after the gate was instantly destroyed. With these type of army compositions maybe it’s the humans who should’ve had double the points? The use of walls means nothing when they can be charged turn one; ironically it’d have been better for his cannons to be way behind with the way melee combat works. If you’re going to use walls make it to where you have to physically be up there to attack those units? Otherwise whoever is up there is tabled. In an open field they would have survived longer.
I think we learned why there are no free humans in Nagashes domain - they would just get crushed by ghosts. Felt like a single unit could wipe out their entire city.
A love Age of Sigmar, this is my favourite wargame but I've opened this batrep, saw super unfair forces (as it were in the game 1 also) and closed the batrep. Big respect to Alan for making such a gorgeous army but I can't watch it being annihilated.
Y'know I have seen a few of these 2part narrative games about the defense of a city. It always is Undead or something raiding a Cities or Cities/StormCast Palace. Why can't the Undead finally be on the Defensive? Do one where mortals or demons of Khorne and Nurgle raid a Nagash base or something. THAT would be cool. GG.
I really feel cities need a buff. The damage just aint there and they cant tank for shiz. I mean I started aos with cities and it's a shame they still feel underwhelming. Humans that is
A big thank you goes to Wayland Games for sponsoring this video. You can check them out at www.waylandgames.co.uk/
I love everything about this battle. Beautiful armies and terrain, creative setup, and fun scenario rules. Great job guys.
Really beautifull Army from the Cities of Sigmar. Very unfortunate that the outcome of both Batlles were clear before the first Dice were rolled.
Yah cities in general are bad, every cities race has 1 good unit otherwise most is overpriced and pillow fisted.
I love these huge battles. But damn this was pretty unfair.

This is the EXACT Miniwargaming I want to see!
I hope the view numbers agree!

Well double points so pretty irrelevant what armies involved

This game was fantastic! I love to see something so unusual.
Felt like morghast could have won it by themselves lol

Love a good siege. Been wanting to play one myself, just don't have the terrain.
Nice. This would be an awesome TOW scenario
