This is everything I wanted out of my original recon.
I only had it a few months after getting it for Christmas when I ruined it trying to turn it into this with a mod that was beyond my scope at the time.
I think the mediator is more if a mint white while the others are like eggshell.
That's the easiest way I could describe the difference.

The raider/rampage was based on the Sterling STEN and mp18 submachine gun’s. I loved the TFA stormtrooper blaster rifle even though it underperforms a bit because I like those weird side magazine submachine guns. While I’m glad they are keeping the idea alive this one is just a brick. Unless you do some drastic body mods this isn’t like any real gun. Fortunately we now have the Evader

Hey, coop. I’ve just been getting back into nerf. I want to share my load out with you. Sadly, my parents won’t buy me any flywheel because they are costly. Here’s my load out.
Primary: nerf crossbolt ( modded )
Backup: disruptor
Tertiary: triad or a strong arm.
Anyone can criticize my loadout, and thanks!!
Try the AccuTrooper; 30$ at Walmart, comes with good darts, a good stock and a cool drum!
Modulus stryfe is a flywheel and pretty cool
@@joryjuky3561 remember to push up and twist the termistor thing that looks like an omega symbol like two times until they are connected together or when you will fire the modulus stryfe the thermistor overreacts and shuts everything down for five seconds.
I'm a bit late but I heard you can remove the AR on the Traid to make a pretty cool mini-shotgun.

I gotta say even though I have pretty much finished my time with Nerf, I will still watch your vids.
Thanks for this detailed video! I picked up one of these at a thrift store that was EPICLY jammed, with two darts mashed up in the chamber. Cocking handle was jammed in the middle and wouldn't move either way, sliding door wouldn't open, trigger did nothing, couldn't release the mag. Saw the seam in the magwell, but prying at it wasn't working.
After seeing this vid, I knew what the mystery orange button was ("unjam"; it didn't do anything for this scenario though), and more importantly, where the tabs were located that held the magwell in.
With some dumb luck and a knife, I found the sliding-door release (back lower side of it) and forced that open, and was then able to remove 2/4 of the screws that hold the orange barb-tabs to the magwell. THEN I could pry the magwell off, clear out the mangled darts, and un-bend the bolt (as well as tapering the pointy end a bit with a razor blade), so it could slide all the way forward and interlock with the barrel like it's supposed to.

@@dingleberry2679 Yeah, with the slam-fire, it's a lot of firepower in a very small package, that's also versatile if you want to add a stock or barrel extension or sight.

My uncle ordered me this along with the other two parts, i quite enjoyed the video and was glad i was able to get an idea of what im in for since its my first official nerf gun
The mediator has attachments that are supposed to be with the blaster. The stock is a cool idea and they did a good job, but it is kind of uncomfortable to shoulder. You can put the stock on your belt and use it to holster the included blaster. The barrel can be used as a barrel blaster or a blaster by itself. It's air powered and when you fire it, it fires the 4 darts all at once. It also has a moving handle, so it doesn't get in the way.
it only has 3 darts, and it was never supposed to come out with the blaster, it was Meant for it, they litterally said each part would be sold seperatly

I got this as a present for my little sister and she adores the gun. She got a jam from human error and I can say that unjamming a dart crushed by the loading system is not bad.

There is a mod you can 3D-print which rotates the priming handle to the side. That would probably alleviate some of the issues of holding it sideways.
1:05 - that is what I like about the hyper fire - the batteries are at the back so you aim upwards

I was using an 18 round mag and i think when i pumped it two bullets were loaded to the chamber and they both hot shoved so my priming handle is stuck in the middle and you cant pull forward to shoot it
I also tried the jam button and it failed

I just bought this thing so decided to watch this im to weak to do slam fire tho and the mediator is now my favorite
The ratcheting system can be easily removed and it's much smoother after that.
I just bought one of these and did exactly that. Took me about ten minutes and a screwdriver.
The clicking is super annoying and makes the blaster much more irritating to prime. Removing it made the blaster way more fun to use.
Coop has never been to the hood, we are sure of that now lol

Just found your channel randomly and subscribed.
I bought this gun recently and I'm happy with it because I am left handed and putting a strap on it I can have it tight to my chest for easy carry along with a 20 round drum. And also, even with it a side loader I don't find it difficult taking out the magazine.

I have four problems with my mediator. First it broke after I used the 6 round mag from a stryfe I had to open the blaster and fix it. Second I was unable to open the mediator fully in the front so repairs were hard but I managed. Third with the mediator barrel attachment accustrike darts would get stuck in the barrel but its easy to remove the dart as it sits in the barrel attachment.

Try doing your slam fire while holding the primer while pushing the pistol forward. I find it fun.

I got one that didn’t really work well with 6, 10, and 12 round mags and I took it apart to fix it and now it is completely broken. But that is just one out of hundreds.
I have the same issues with my other 6 and 12 round mags, when I try to prime the blaster with them inserted on the side, the priming handle becomes stuck halfway through when priming. Btw, bought the Mediator yesterday so it's new to me.

Love this and will buy it soon, wanted it for a long time
It looks like a shortened version of the Raider CS-35 and/or the Rampage. If you think about it, the way the MAG gets put in and the way you pump it to ready it, they really just moved the pump back REALLY far, and then shortened the prime distance so you don't have to pump it as far. Who else agrees.
Tip: could you add the price in your vids. It could help new nerfers like me find good but reasonably priced guns. But good vids. 👍😀

My mediator is jammed. I can't open the acess door, the priming handle is stuck halfway, even when I hit the un jamming bution, and I can't remove the magazine. What should I do?
