Pro tip : Use the carry handle as the rear sight, giving it a better range by slightly angling the blaster and having a better trajectory for the darts.

I just recently purchased this blaster and am very happy with it. I also removed the locks minus the rev switch and rewired the internals. It makes a pretty significant difference in performance especially when I installed some efest 14500's. I absolutely love the customization of this blaster. I have the demolisher as well but prefer the modulus in every regard.

They made an elite modulus called a Stryfe, It's literally the same function
Idea for fixing the stock: measure the gap between the support struts and figure out what the largest rectangular prism you can fit in there is. Then, get or create a matching block of wood that size. Insert it and test that it prevents the stock from wiggling as much, then tape it in.
I got ome of these for christmas. It was a dream come true at the time, they gave it away to charity a couple years later. Even if I wouldnt use it now, I miss it.

nerf review + a combo video that`s what i like
I love my modulus set, I've combined this set with 3 other modulus guns and painted them for my fallout cosplay
My only issue is the jam door always slips like 3 mm open which is enough to stop it firing
Also I DO NOT have that flex issue in any of the modulus stocks - the only time I've been close to that level of flex was in 42c weather and I was leaning on the gun (with it standing upright on the stock) and it was never the same again.

coop, the iron sight is made like that so you have to elevate the front of the blaster for it to be visible, effectively combating the dart arc (there cannot be a scope on the rail)

Thats why you get the Strike and Defend kit. The Blaster Stock in said kit is stable if you use it as a stock

Hey coop one upgrade kit has already been uploaded to Amazon. It a bit pricey but I think why is because it come with a pin point sight. Also Amazon is showing one seller that sells the rotofury and dominator but they cost around $100. (Rotofury and Doominator are not sold by Amazon but shown on the Amazon website.)

I got it today and i got the sniper accessories. today is my bday but some how i got a stiff stock your own is waably love your videos
My boyfriend and I are moving in together soon and I made it a rule when we first started talking about living together to pick 2 nerf guns each, one side arm one primary and have 1000+ darts so we can pick up and keep going without stopping.
Found one of these with stock, grip, barrel attachment, and targeting light for 2 bucks.

Just like to add I bought one recently with a gray trigger and they changed the stock a bit with the thin orange plastic sticks replaced with ones with a triangular profile. It's not bendy anymore, might even break if you try it.

I personally hope Hasbro will make a model of this gun but with a bolt action instead of the flywheels. Just to give the option and possibilities with a much more modifiable gun in my opinion.

Here's a controversial opinion from me...
THE MODULUS IS BETTER THAN THE STRYFE!
@Chris Gray they're just about the same. Plus the Stryfe is cheaper, & easier to mod. But I have to admit that i'm a little baised to the Stryfe.
I think they both have pros, the stryfe would be better for a holster but a modulus as I primary old make sense bc it’s bigger

btw you can use the mini sight all u need to do is take the sight off the top and then line up the mini sight with the middle of the carry handle
I actually use a broken modulus shield attachment (the grey bit) for an iron sight, so to look down the sights, I just tilt the blaster back.

Coop,The Iron Sight shows WHERE the dart will acctually hit.Oh and P.S if you put the Grip on the bottom rail,near the batteries are, you will not be able to open/close the battery.

When you search up nerf modulus it says comes with a 10 dart banana clip
It comes with a 10 dart/round banana mag

Another two gripes I have with the modulus along with Coop's: That front flip-up iron sight is completely useless and it annoys me a little to see it wasted, and there are no sling mounts anywhere on the blaster!
So the modulus ECS-10 is a stryfe with more TACTICS
(also you can fix the stock flimsyness with PVC pipe)
I learned something new a while ago:
ECS means External Clip System, but it’s a magazine...

The E is for "Electric" and is only found on blasters that require batteries. Mag-fed springers are just CS (eg. Recon CS-6). Also, Hasbro insists on calling N-Strike magazines "clips", even though they correctly call Vortex, Rival, and I think Ultra magazines magazines.

My personal combo for the Modulus is a Proximty Silencer (barrel for noob operators) red dot sight and the stock from the Modulus (I need more accessories) and these are on my Modulus right now.
the modulus stock problem got fixed. i bought a mudulus after that review and the first think i looked was the stock. it does not look the same now but it is fixed

My favorite piece of the modulus is the battery tray.
Coop, which of the semi-auto / auto blasters do you like best? Stryfe, modulus or cs-18? One thing that always bothered me about the stryfe is the asymmetry of the barrel. Cost is part of the decision. What's easiest to mod as well?

I modded that stock to be reliant and 3 1inch dowels and now its super stable
The iron sight is useful because it compensates for bullet drop if you use the top rail
