The dad should have told his son about Maryann and let them decide what to do. Maryann is no good for him and he's going to regret it if he goes through with the marriage.

@@delonjuanMen do, my brother lost his wife after 30 years, and would have re married at 6 months, until the women pulled out, but 18 months later he still found another women, but he’s been very happy, so you do not know what’s gone on in someone’s married.

I can understand why the son is so upset. They LITERALLY just recently buried his mother (and speaking as a daughter who has lost my own mother, I can understand his grief and his pain and the outrage he must feel when they decide to go on a family vacation to just take a step back and decompress after this tragedy, and rather than this being a relaxing family vacation where they can enjoy time as a family and re-forge their family bond, Dad turns this into a full-blown drama by not only secretly inviting a WOMAN to come on the vacation with this family during this very emotionally charged time....he DOES NOT clear this with his family before their trip. He just pops the surprise guest on them when they reach the vacation spot.. The son then learns that this stranger is not just his Dad's friend....she is now his Dad's new fiance and his Dad is in love with her, not four months after his mother's death...and the happy couple plan to marry soon. Which I am QUITE SURE the son would be upset about, considering they JUST buried his mother. I know I would be. Its WAY too soon, Its disrespectful and it was insulting....both to your children and your late wife's memory, to invite this woman on a private family outing, so soon after your wife's death, and just reveal this secret like you are discussing the weather "Oh hey, BTW kids, so sorry Mom just died but here's this new lady and she'll be replacing your Mom and by the way, we are engaged and about to be married. Hope you are good with that. You are totally selfish and insensitive....its like your wife was on her death bed and you already had a new one on standby waiting to take her place and you couldn't wait to install the new one in your wife's place. This new woman is in her late twenties and wearing a bikini and their Dad is in his sixties and THIS is how you choose to decompress after a family tragedy. I'm sure that's how your son felt. Its cruel. And then, the lady was DRUNK, to boot, and acting a fool in front of your son and his wife and children. YOU ruined your family vacation by bringing this woman and dishonoring your late wife's memory when she's barely cold in the grave and their grief is still so raw. Your son and his family did not ruin the vacation....they just endured it. And then the strange lady is blowing smoke in the children's faces (EVEN AFTER Mom specifically asks her not to smoke around the kids) and she is prancing around, practically nude, in front of very young children. I can see why the son's wife would be upset by this. And yet Dad has THE NERVE to say it was the son and DIL's fault that the vacation went up in smoke. That just adds insult to injury. I applaud the judge for not granting his ridiculous lawsuit.

Sadly, I agree. And the father is STILL oblivious to the pain he is causing them, because EVEN AFTER he lost the case, he was still trying to convince his son to give the new girlfriend/fiance a chance and accept her into their family. He didn't care in the least how this woman's intrusion into their grief is hurting his family. He CLEARLY already had this woman waiting in the wings for him after his wife died if Dad is already considering marriage to another woman so soon after his wife's death. I wouldn't be surprised if he was cheating with the new girl even before his wife's death.

Judge Lake is to the point in this court BUT I prefer her more in the paternity court. She showed her humane side there; more than the don’t-mess-around-with-me judge here. And Jerome who also demonstrated his humane side. It was informative and therapeutic in the paternity court for those who were involved including we the reviewers.

1st Case: Not likely They get engaged only after 4 months. Father was totally unfair with this 'get your groove on' child fiancee Maryann. She sounds like she was a trouble maker disrespectful drinking & smoking &naked around grand children. I would hope he is truly happy with a child bride over 30 years younger than him. He better be careful about her true intentions for their relationship. Maryann needs to pay the father for the ruined vacation.
2nd Case: Grow up!! That girl is outrageous and ungrateful. The guy is fortunate she is gone. He dodged a bullet because her fishy behavior was immensely immature the way she left and her nerve to bring him to court after she ghosted him. Good call Judge no fish fry for her on his dime
Side note: Guys look for unconditional love, respect or real compassion. Chose something real and some one who is truly concerned about you and NOT just your money or your sex drive.

There’s nothing worse than a silly old fool, that falls in love with someone young enough to be your daughter. Not handled well at all, he didn’t even feel the way of the land, just threw the fiancee in a the deep end. You need to build slowly like a coffee out together, then graduate to meet for breakfast, then perhaps a lunch date, then a dinner date, before you throw in the fact your engaged.

  • @lillianwilliams5510
    @lillianwilliams5510 9 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

Wow sounds like she was more than a friend and long before the trip.
Sounds like a DECEMBER- JULY RELATIONSHIP. 4 MONTHS AFTER HIS WIFE PASSES.
WONDER WHAT THE MOTHER PASSED FROM.
I WOULD HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY PARENT BRINGING SOMEONE 40 YEARS YOUNGER , 4 MONTHS AFTER BURYING MY MOTHER OR FATHER
THIS PLANTIF EITHER WAS INVOLVED LONG BEFORE HIS WIFE PASSED OR DID A GRIEF REBOUND
REGARDLESS IT WAS TOO SOON TO SPRING HER ON HIS FAMILY IN THE MANNER HE DID.
THIS. MARY ANN IS A GOLD DIGGER.
THE PLANTIF SHOULD HAVE JUST GONE ON A TRIP WITH MARY ANN BY HIMSELF.
IF HE SPENT $3.000.00 ON THE RENTAL
HE HAS ALREADY SPENT MORE ON MARY ANN.
JUDGE LAKE IS BEGINNING TO SOUND LIKE JUDGE MABALEEN

What many of you are failing to understand in the comment section is you have no idea whether or not the marriage was a happy one or a miserable one.
The man moved on after his wife died, which many men do because most of the time men do not know how to take care of themselves. The wife is the one that plans the trips, reminds the husband of all the places they have to go and the things they have to do and without that many men are lost.
Many people move on to others while spouse is still alive so he did nothing wrong

Unless he was abusing her. Or the freezer was locked. She just ripped him off.
