Yes there were metal sunroofs, Almost all features were optional. Most models have them. The ones who don’t are base models w/ 2.0 Zetecs & v6 models w/o the option.

I had to suffer a (Ford) Cougar V6.....
Simply the dullest, warmed over Mondeo rehash imaginable. Couldn't wait to get rid of it.
Dull 2.5 V6 that could barely get out of its own way - dated faster than milk left out in the sun.
Got stuck with it for two years. Hateful bloody thing, every time I see somebody driving one I chuckle.

Just to add, only positive was that it wasn't any mechanical trouble and I guess I had it to 50k miles. Build quality was actually good but as a vehicle it was a case of all show and no go.
