Gender Eclectic | What You See Festival 2019

What You See Festival 2019 strijkt neer in de Stadsschouwburg Utrecht met het speciaal samengestelde, one-night-only programma GENDER ECLECTIC. GENDER ECLECTIC wordt gepresenteerd door tv- en radiomaker Andrea van Pol en toont werk van onder andere Introdans, de Nederlandse Ballroom pioniers House of Vineyard, Julia Zahra, dichtkunstenaar Hind Eljadid en de Nederlandse première van het dansduet Ruffle van topchoreograaf Carlos Pons Guerra (UK).
Het programma wordt aangevuld met korte manifesto’s van verrassende gasten, pop-up performances en exposities.

What You See Festival invites you for the one-night-only program GENDER ECLECTIC in Stadsschouwburg Utrecht. With an international and multidisciplinary program What You See Festival questions existing norms and rules on gender and identity. GENDER ECLECTIC is presented by tv- and radio maker Andrea van Pol and exists of work from Introdans, Dutch Ballroom pioneers House of Vineyard, Julia Zahra, spoken word artist Hind Eljadid and the Dutch premiere of Ruffle by top choreographer Carlos Pons Guerra / Rambert.
The program is complemented with short manifesto’s by surprising guests, pop-up performances and exhibitions.
