@@cameron4907 it might be yes My uncle has two of these and I grew up in them so just seeing one brought back memories so I wanted one, and at the time I needed a car and this was all I could afford, knowing it’s a very reliable motor
If you put sealer on it might not, but when the system is under pressure it might leak. best bet is replacing the bolt but its worth a try, just make sure all the other bolts are tight

Your carb needs to be tuned, it’s over fueling
Or if you have the fuel injected model, the maf sensor I think needs to be tuned
