- I got my wife the Fujifilm X10 for Christmas and I got the chance to go out and use it for myself. I think it really is a fun camera that Fujifilm should definitely bring back!
(Sorry for hurting your eyes with how bad I looked. Maybe watch in 360p for better results haha!)

Great to see your photo results with this old but beautiful camera. I believe it is one of the proudest and balanced cameras in Fuji’s X Line Up. I have a few of them, and still enjoy taking out the X10 in 2023. That’s for an enjoyable video.
Absolutely agree....if Fuji brought back a zoom lens camera like the X10. I kept my X20, since the X30 took away the optical viewfinder, and gave my X10 to a friend.
The consolidation of cameras due to smartphones killed this line. The smaller sensor was the real downside. If it had a 1 inch sensor and went with a 24-75 2.8-4. They could have made a compelling reason to compete with the RX100, G7X, and LX100 cameras.
It’s a cool little camera for sure. The x70 is the Fuji I’m searching for now, but if I see one of these I’d definitely pick it up. 🤙🏼
Hi there! I totally get it, I love older fuji cameras. I'm using the xt-1 and xe-2. Love the colors in your photos. I think its good to slow down a bit and enjoy taking pictures. I'm not a professional, just someone who enjoys photography. Have a great day :)
Thank you for watching and commenting.
You have a great day too!
I own one... great little camera.
Nice to see. I have the x20 (and x-e3) and agree the form-factor and feature set is great. IMO what sets the x10/20 apart is the viewfinder and zoom lens. I have not experienced issues with missing autofocus. I would comment that in low-light conditions, like at the museum, larger apertures make the focus critical regarding DOF and perhaps has led to the higher miss rate. The x20 has a focus assist light, does the x10 have the same? Did you use it? Finally, I wish fuji would do firmware updates for their legacy cameras to add film sims.
I just checked the settings and the X10 does seem to have the focus assist light. But I haven't had a chance to try it out.
And yeah, I definitely agree that there should be updates for older cameras somehow. It would be nice to be able to decide which simulations you have on your camera.
I agree with the Film Sims options for bracketing. I wish they would allow us to choose which film sim as I love Alvia, Velvia and B&W/G. The X20 allows you to choose.
They did continue it the x70 was followed by the xf10
Are those really the same product line though? I thought those were fixed 28mm lenses whereas the X10/X20/X30 all had zoom lenses. And also there is no viewfinder on the X70 and XF10 but the others do.
@Christian Nolasco Owning the x10 , x70 and xf10 it's pretty clear this was the evolution of the line . Going off the success of the x100 line getting rid of the zoom for a prime and slimming it further along with giving it a full aps-c sensor. Not quite the direction you wanted and considering it was discontinued after a year I guess many agree with you .
@@imseeno The other difference is that they're not all X-Trans sensor based. The X20 and X30 are and the X70 is, but none of the others are. If they had continued the line into the Xf10 with an X-trans sensor and EVF that would be a real continuation of the X20/30 line.
Back these days I ordered the X100 and the X10 and the X100 clearly won. Later i regretted not to have bought a x30 for my wife.
What about the x20? A lovely little gem
Unfortunately I haven't had the chance to get my hands on one yet. I'd like to though if I can find a good deal on one. But practically every Fuji camera right now is ridiculously expensive.
I got really similar output with my X20 to my Panasonic GF8 with pancake kit lens. And the Pana is smaller 😂
Smaller AND I can put pro and zoom lenses on it!
Nice! I should look into that set-up. Sounds like something I'd enjoy. 👍
@@imseeno it’s quite fun to use actually. I’d love to get a PanaLumix GM1
I love my X100f...but it's not really even Coat pocketable...I love my F, but it's not the camera to end all cameras for me.
I totally agree that a small, rangefinder style w/a little zoom is missing from Fuji's lineup.
The zoom lens was too good. You don’t need any other. Fugi wants to sell you lenses.
