According to voice lines, Hawlett is the purser for Brahms and the Mourningstar. Her Rank Title is likely, and this is just my theory, a left over from whatever she did before, and judging her look and wit, I would say either a Smuggler Lord or a Pirate Queen, likely subjugated by either Brahms, Grendyl, Rannick, or any combination of the three.
Yeah it's mentioned she directly works for Brahms, not Rannick. In the newest mission one version is her taking the heist prize to sell herself, giving Melk a cut so he doesn't scream to Grendyl.
Roughly speaking, there are two organizations here. Morningstar crew including Brahms, Hawlette, Melk, Krall, Kalex, Brunt(?) and probably a guards we see on ship beetwen the missons. (maybe someone else behind the screen) Grendyl Inquisition Team including the Grendyl himself, Rannick, Zola, Morrow, Sefoni, Masozi, Hadron, some ops (guards and pilots) on Atoma, Rejects (all of us) And these two teams should somehow coexist.
a little bit of lore here, sergeant major morrow is from Armageddon Steel Legion and ASL is famous for bringin criminal to their troops reserve hence why he is also responsible for us and other criminal that seek redemption by doing mission for the inquisitor
So, with the new voice lines from the new maps, there seems to be several overall factions on the Mourningstar. The first is the Mourningstar crew, which includes Shipmaster Brahms, Hawlette, Masozi, Oskar Krall, and Enginseer Kalex. It might include Brunt, but since he's pretty reclusive and so far has no voice lines (yet), its hard to know. While Brahms serves Grendyl, there does seem to be the occasional friction between her people and Grendyl's. Second faction is Grendyl's acolytes, led by Interrogator Rannick, and includes Morrow, Hadron, Sefoni, the Wyrmwood agents, Melk. The Guardsman within the operations area, I think are part of Grendyl's band, and are not Mourningstar marines. Another faction is the Moebian 21st Regiment, who are the Guardsman we see holding lines at the start of some maps, and being dropped in to secure areas at the end of some maps. They don't seem like they know whats going on, but are otherwise likely under Grendyl's overall command since whoever the Atoma Lord Militant is likely dead or gone, or holding the line in the Darktide warzones on the fringe. Last faction is the Rejects, which includes Zola, Mara Vinci, and us poor sods. Knowing whose working for who actually provides interesting context in some of the missions. For instance, Hawlette using rejects to run a theft from the heretics, and then having Melk try to pull rank is interesting - Hawlette and Krall apparently run graft fairly often, and likely are not happy having the extra scrutiny or nose poking from Grendyl's people. Zola pulling Krall into reject business is something he isn't particularly interested in doing. Brahms and Hadron really don't get along, and Kalex's notable lack of interest in taking orders from Hadron is notable as well. All of this is evidence of how from-the-hip the Atoma operation is.
We're actually not sure for some people if they came with the Inquisition and work under Grendyl or if they already were part of Brahm's crew and are only deputized by Grendyl for the occasion. We know that Rannick and Zola definitely work under Grendyl. Melk as well, judging from some of his voice lines. Hallowette definitely works under Brahms. Hadron might be either an Explorator under Brahms or a Techpriest under Grendyl. Also, there's no information I found stating that Brahms is an ex-Rogue Trader? Where did you find that info? As far as I understand, she's still very much a rogue trader, she just got deputized by Grendyl because at the time she was the closest available force able to help intervene with the attack on Atoma.
I'm sure she's still a Rogue Trader, but it's hard to manage a trade empire when the sector is falling apart. Considering everyone on the Mourningstar crew is involved in some kind of graft, its pretty telling what kind of operation Brahms runs in normal business. Hawlette, Krall, and Masozi are all shady af in multiple ways hahaha
You forgot Brunt: an Ogryn and the quartermaster of Brahms' ship. How an Ogryn has the logistical know-how to even serve as a quartermaster is unclear, but he seems to mainly just stock and sort the requisitions department while his gang of servitors handle the actually transactions. He would also seem to be a bit of an amateur blacksmith, since iirc one of the Ogryn's melee weapons are made by him, and according to the wiki, he's the one who refurbished the scavenged weapons stocking his armory.
Incorrect. And interrogator is directly before inquisitor. Anyone who has ever read any 40k novel with inquisitors knows this. Leading to the question. Who are you and why are you making 40k videos?

I’m willing to bet she’s a rogue trader
