I have paid a lot of money for a PMP course. But it is not a good course at all because the professor cannot teach properly. Your videos are great and you teach great. Thank you so much 🙏🙏🙏

"After reviewing the video on project integration management, I was struck by the sophisticated approach to harmonizing diverse project facets .It underscored the significance of a unified project management plan that dovetails with organizational strategic imperatives. Especially, the discourse on stakeholder engagement and leveraging technology to streamline project workflows was enlightening. Overall, the video adeptly navigated the complexities of balancing competing project constraints, emphasizing the pivotal role of project integration management in driving project success and stakeholder satisfaction.

Thanks David, great video. What is the difference between the project and the development life cycle?

Your videos are great! I've been using them with a study group. Will you be updating them for the new PMBOK?

Thank you Angela. My aim is to update them (I'm looking forward to the new PMBOK!) but they take quite a while. Will see how I go 🙂

I studied the old test and now starting to study again but the test has changed since 2020. Does the chart at min 1 still apply to how to study in the new test that now has new domains and breakdowns?

I have a video on the PMBOK 7th ed. The PMBOK 6 was turned into the Process Groups Practice Guide, so it does still apply. You'll need the info in that one for the "Process" part of your PMP exam (makes up 50%).
I have a video on the Exam Content Outline also. 🙂 You're doing good things, keep going!

Hi David, please what sort of gadget do you use for your presentation? I have a lecture to deliver and I would like to use your style of delivery 🙂

What's the difference between project and developmental life cycles?

Hey AJ! Mostly the difference is in what they govern - e.g. project lifecycles are ways of delivering projects, including waterfall or predictive, incremental, Agile, hybrid etc. SDLC or development lifecycles are ways of developing software, e.g the V-model. Because they govern different things, you could technically use a project lifecycle together with a SDLC that fits.

You need to be much clearer that you're talking about Integration of Project Management. This is not a project integration plan you're talking about but z project management integration plan - massive difference!
