This is the best video series out there. Your work stands out. Can I use this towards the 35 contact/PDU fulfilment for PMP application?
You can claim self study to PMI but state that you read PMBOK6 and 7 as study material.

Does the assumption log and project charter needs to be different document or the same?
Different documents. Charter states the objectives of the project and assumptions log is a list of assumptions for the project However, we je put initial assumptions into the charter when it is first created.

Hi. The Whole series is still valid as it covers pmbok6 nicely and maybe a bit more in depth than required. Pmbok6 still makes up about 70% of the exam content outline. Supplement this with the agile terms and you should be able to pass the exam.
