    i did exactly as you had, but the luxrent formula is returning blank cells, not the rent charge. any tips how to fix?

      Hard to say without seeing your workbook. Are you literally using "luxrent" as the string in your formula? I'd imagine it's something unique in your rent roll. It needs to match the specific code used in your rent roll.

    What if they lie on this? Is there a more credible document to use, like from their taxes?

      During due diligence, you should verify the rent roll ties out with the actual leases.
