    May tanong po ako tungkol sa aking situation sa isa kong kapatid na naghahabol ng kanyang share daw sa iniwan na house and lot ng mga parents ko. Buhay pa po ang mga parents ko noon ay binayaran ko na po ng buo ang bahay dahil po hindi na nila nabababayaran at siguradong kukunin ng bangko kaya po binayaran ko para maisalba ang bahay at lupa. Simula po noon ako ng nagbabayad sa mga kailangang bayaran sa mga ibat ibang klase ng taxes pati po pag maintain ng bahay katulad ng roof etc...pina upgraded or renovated ko po ito. Anyway nakatransper na po ang titulo sa isa kong kapatid. Isa po sa pumirma ay yung nagdedemand ng kanyang share. Halos lahat po ng mga siblings ko ay agree na wala napong ipinamana ang mga parents ko kundi maraming utang. Ano po ang pwedeng gawin? May habol po ba sya? may share pa rin po ba sya kahit nakapirma na sya.

      kung timberland ang inyong lupa ay pag mamay-ari pa ito ng pamahalaan. Maaring kayo ay in possession lamang bilang stewards sa bisa ng stewardship program ng DENR. Maari ninyong ireklamo sa DENR ang ginawang pag sakop ng nasabing for encroachment.

    Atty, kindly vlog related to cask payment regarding to condominium. What document needs to be done to protect the buyer? The developer takes a while to release the DOAS and CCT. THE ONLY THEY PROMISE IS A CERTIFICATE OF FULL Payment. What else do I need to look into to protect my hard-earned money?... Salamat po.

      Certificate of full payment is not enough must have duly executed Deed of Absolute Sale.

      @BatasPinoyOnline DOAS needs to be notarized..... The reason the developer condominium takes a long time to be released is due to multiple owners... Sir, how much do I need to pay for professional fees in case I need a lawyer on the signing day . By the way, I bought this from the pre-selling stage per contract to Sell.I need to pay the cash for the reason I am not eligible for bank financing. I am 64 years old.The cash payment is due December 24. I wish I was eligible for bank financing.I am protected by this legal transaction.
