    Atty. Gud evening po, tanung ko lang po ang ang lupa pong tinitirhan namin ay nabili po ng ina ko sa step brother niya ito po yung parcel of land na pagmamay ari ng step brother ng mama ko noong 2001, ang gumawa po ng kasulatan ay ang ina nila sa panahong buhay pa ito, pero hindi po naka perma ang step brother ng mama ko at ang mama nila tanging ang ama lang step brother ng mama ko, ngayon po gustong bawiin ng step brother ng mama ko dahil hindi niya daw beninta ang lupa dahil hindi nga daw siya naka perma sa kasulatan, malakas po ba ang laban namin sa lupang ito.     atty. alin po ba ang mauuna . yong certificate of finality oh yong court order ?.
    hindi po kase ma execute yong desision ng korte na pabor samin kase wala padaw certificate of finaluty .umabot napo sa supreme court ang kaso .

      Kung ang tower ay isang power transmission line ng utility company, ay mayroon po silang easement sa lupa or maari din nilang bilhin at i-expropriate ung lupang sinakop subject to just compensation at mabayaran ang may-ari ng lupa.

    Very informative po ang inyong blog lalo na sa akin na wrongfully charged and wrongfully detained. Ask ko lang po kung ilang postponement ang pwedeng magawa o mahingi ng prosecution para makahingi ng dismissal of the case ang respondent? Four years na po ang tatlong kasong libel laban sa akin at wala pang klarong hearing kasi nawawala ang signal ng internet ng prosecution sa side ng prosecution. Pwede ba akong mag file ng kontra demanda kung ma dismiss ang kaso?

My tanong po ako😌 my nabili po akong lupa, 510sq meter, bale nahati po ito at ako nga po ang nakabili ng isang portion, bale pangalawa po akong buyer, ung unang buyer deed of sale lng po ang hawak, gusto ko po sanang itransfer sa name namin ng asawa ko pero nawala na raw po ung mother title.. ano po bang magandang gawin atty?

    Hello po Atty. ask ko lang po about sa lupang minana namin pero nakapangalan pa rin po sa Tatay ko.
    2.6 hectarya now gusto na po namin ibenta pero ung tenant ay kini-claim nya na sabi daw ng Tatay ko noong araw na ipahawak sa kanila ang lupa ay kanya na daw ang sobra sa 2hecrtarya, pero wala naman pong kasulatan na ipakita sa amin at sila pa ang matapang, ano po ba ang dapat naming gawin?
