Oh my gosh, that is such a fabulous, lovely slow stitch cover. Well done Gayle. Great pockets and envelopes. It’s so fun to find things you have forgotten. It’s like opening a treasure box!🦋💐
This was the easiest , most fun video , just watching you fix your stuff from the pAst that we all have. I got so many ideas from you , thanks so much...
Your slow-stitch cover is fabulous! And I think it’s wonderful to discover hidden/forgotten/lost treasures and use them up! What fun ephemera you made today 😊
I absolutely love this first envelope. It's totaly awesome. As is everything that you've made hete I also love that the decorations come from your scrap drawer.
I love watching your videos. I enjoy listening to your thought process as you create. Everything is just beautiful! And, my daughter has to have a comforter over her to sleep. In the summer, she'll have a fan blowing on her with the comforter on her.
Gayle, glad you received my package! Love the cover you made for your shabby chic journal, great job! TFS! Always love watching you create! Valentina 🇨🇦
I love your slow stitch cover, its so pretty! All your pockets and envelopes are awesome, too. I make pockets and tucks as I journal and its nice to have bases prepared. I just never seem to have enough journaling cards... I better get busy! Thanks for all the inspiration!
What a lovely relaxing video Gayle. Re your scraps, if they ever get too much please bundle them up for sale or as a giveaway. That’s if can without breaking copyright restrictions. Lovely to spend time with you.🙂💕💕💕💕💕
Hello sweet Gayle :) I do believe you're the reason i started crafting as soon as i sat down with my cup of tea. You inspire me so much that i didn't even had to think before i got started, suddenly i had glue on my fingers and paper scattered around the table :)
Gayle, I just want to thank you for your sharing of your videos. Watching you craft takes the mind off of what is taking place around us. I live in Silverton, OR and have been on a level 2 evac watch since Tuesday. Thankfully our prayers are being answered, heavy equipment and new crews are coming in to battle this fire monster and end its destruction and soon there will be rain. So keep up the good work Gayle, you are so appreciated. God bless you and yours.
This is a fun time!!🤩 I love watching you just Craft " Freestyle "!! Go with whatever you see that needs to be done in your Craft Room. This gives us Newbies a chance to learn new things as well from you 😊❤️- Amazing!! Great Craft Ideas!!🤩
Gayle, another wonderful video. I wish I could come over and go through your stuff. You have so many pieces of ephemera. I love spending time with you. Hope you get some sleep tonight. Hugs 🤗 Your friend Cindy from a small town in Northern Ontario Canada 🇨🇦 ❤️❤️❤️
Love you slow stitched cover it is gorgeous, I love all the pinks. Its nice to go through our stuff I know that I have a bad habit of putting stuff in a zip lock bag and setting aside then I forget about it. Enjoyed your video, thanks for sharing and take care!
I love that slow stitched cover! Boy, when you feel uninspired and not too crafty you sure make some beautiful ephemera! I may have to go treasure hunting in my own craft room!
Another fabulous video, Gayle! You make everything look so easy and it all comes out so beautiful! Thank you for these crafty sessions, they give me such wonderful inspirations. I'll be praying for you and the fires out there. Be safe and God bless! 💕
Hi and hugs to you! Oh, my, slow stitching is very very beautiful. Ah, the muse takes a break so we take care of business because it’s no lost projects. Thanks again and again for doing your channel no matter what. Big, big hugs!🦌💌❤️📚❤️🙏❤️🇨🇦❤️🐝❤️☕️☕️☕️❤️🎶you go gal!💪💃💃💃
I am so glad you did this video. I have gone shopping in my own home several times since I started junk journaling about a year ago. I have found soooo many cool things that I didn't know why I was keeping. I just had to look with a new project in mind. I hope the smoke clears for you soon and they get these horrible fires under control. Take care, Gayle.
Beautiful cover, love the slow stitching. I made some envelopes out of cream copy paper, need to punch the inside pocket, ty for the idea. I have a small desk I craft on and I was thinking of getting another cart to put the mess I make in the cart cause I don’t like working on a messy desk, always can’t find something I used...I made my kind stamp out of small wooden letter stamps, I used a binder clip and put the letters together, smaller font but works get and you can make others words too. I do the same with my number stamps, purchased the stamps in Walmart. Have a great weekend. 👍🌻🌻🌻
Your slow stitch journal cover turned out really gorgeous. Loved how the ephemera you made turned out. Great video as always. Thanks for sharing with us!
Hi Gayle! Just stopping by to say Thank you for letting me know where to get the ink distresser from Chelle and Clint. I got it about 2 weeks ago. I can't believe how light and well made it is. Clint did such a great job. I'm loving your scrap Ephemerals you're making. I've been making snippets with my fabric. Scraps. Believe it or not, I've pretty much used up all my paper scraps making odds and ends with them. It's so much fun knowing you've used all your scraps and not having any wasted. Ooh I love the trims you used. I just remembered I have the same trims. Lol! I can never have too much trims. The problem is remembering to use them. Lol! Take care and GOD Bless
Such a fun find in your craftroom Gayle!!! Who knows what treasures I’d find if I went shopping on my craftroom lol. It certainly made for some fast and fabulous ephemera to add to your finished items basket!!! There is something about the simplicity of that last envelope you did that really speaks to me - simple and beautiful!!! I hope you and your family are all safe and well!!! TFS!!! Hugs, Sharon 🌷💜 PS - Oh - and you’re so right about not hoarding all the beautiful laces!!! It did make me think of your Washi book. My thought was ‘Maybe I need a ‘Lace Book’ like Gayle’s Washi Book Lol. That way I can keep little snippets of all the beautiful laces for myself and it might make it easier to part with the rest hahaha. I love all the laces!!! 😍🥰
Super fun projects today ! Sorry you didn’t sleep because of the heat....when it’s hot like that it’s not pleasant, way worse than a hot flash could ever be. 😀💕
Oh the irony! I was waiting for your video to inspire me because I just wasn't feeling it this morning. Didn't sleep well either but as soon as I hear your voice my creativity kicks in! Thank you for being you and being here.
Everything you made today was totally gorgeous! You know I am crazy about shabby chic right now; you totally inspired me to get right back to work even though I haven’t been up to doing much all week. Just a little something to get me going again. Thanks for sharing even though you didn’t feel crafty. Big hugs! Have a fabulous weekend with your family! Love you! 🌸💖🌸
These are great; I love using up scraps, but I always make more than I think. You have some amazing papers to play with, and I'm jealous of your lace collection, lol. The CA fires are awful this year; there are always some grass fires, but some of them didn't have a natural cause. Here in the Valley, we get a lot of the smoke and ash; and there's no rain. . . I hope the fires are put out soon, our firefighters need to rest. Your envelopes and tucks turned out really sweet, I love how you put them together. Thanks for sharing, take care!
You aren't that weird or maybe we both are but I can't sleep without a blanket or at least a sheet over me. I also can't see someone asleep without putting a blanket over them. Funny. Loved watching you finish off your treasures and thanks for going through how the bases were made. Very helpful.
Hand stitched cover is chic magnificent!!! I’m wondering if your report cards always said “PLAYS WELL WITH OTHERS” Thanks for inviting us to come along to play alongside you in your sandbox!
I love the slow stitching on the cover, it looks very shabby! That Lady on the big envelope is my great aunt. It is a part of my digis you have. I have lots of digies I sent you that are shabby if you are still looking for pages to fill the journal. Glad you like my flowers, I'll be starting with Christmas colors soon. You are in my prayers, I was watching the news, the smoke condition looks bad. Hope it won't spread any further.....hugs!
I have been binge watching your tutorials and projects and I feel like we're friends now! I am totally in love with Jimmy Joe! Thank you for the fun stories, your infectious laugh and creative ideas!

Beautiful ephemera made today. I love that slow stitch cover...so pretty!! I made 28 things yesterday with Edith Holden pages thanks to your inspiration. Only decorated a couple of them. Took me all day to make and sew around!! 😄 I'm excited to finish them. Have a great day Gayle!! 💜

Enjoyable video as always, Gayle. I have to tell you a funny story. Recently I started going to yard sales and estate sales with a friend. She has been telling me you never know what may be found at these. This morning we went to an estate sale where I saw quite a lot of old lace hankerchiefs. At fifty cents each, I felt I could justify buying them to use in my books. So, as I stood there rummaging through them, I kept saying to myself, which of these would Gayle like? I do that a lot. I love this video. It is so inspiring to see you make something so beautiful out of nothing.
