Sir ... why when I turn on my canon g2010 printer ... the cartridge hits the left and right of the printer cover? Looks like there's no control over the movement of the cartridge? What's the problem sir, is there a video to fix it?

Sir see if the encoder strip is missing. It is a thin plastic film like thing. If its not there pls go to a service centre and fix it
