Thank you so much, I really don't know the reason of having line streaks on and I'm thinking of buying a new printhead for I think it's damaged but it's costly, I've tried head cleaning and deep cleaning but of no result. Thanks to your video I'm checking the encoder disk of my pixma right now and it is damage, so I think this is the only one to be replaced.

did you ever fixed your issue? whenever i print it on a sticker paper weatherproof it would have lines; but on a regular paper, it doenst have one.

Hellol Even after replacing the encoder disk, there are still vertical lines. Should i replace even the encoder strip

Sir paano kapag maliliit lang yung gap ng horizontal line ng result ng print out? Pag nozzle check nman ok yung mga color bars.. nagawa ko na lahat deep cleaning etc... saan po kaya possible na sira? Sana matulungan nyo ako..🙏🙏 thanks po

I also do the same (basic troubleshooting) but then the annoying white lines are still there whenever I print documents as well as photos.

Hey, I also had the same problem you just have to do one thing turn the power of your printer on and insert a paper in the tray now press on the stop button till the orange light blinks 4 times and then release the a paper will get printed now scan this paper by loading it on the scanner and clicking on either black or Colour option then after the scan result comes out press on the stop button again till the orange light blinks 6 times now your printer is ready and you can check by taking out any printout..This solved by problem!

Hello sir. Meron po sana akung itanong kung anong magandang gawin sa printer ko MG2540S. Bago po ung cartridge pero po pag nag print ako is meron syang horizontaal stripe space. Ano po ung gagawin ko? Meron din ako picture if gusto mo makita po.
