This pond is as good as it gets. You got everything. A "cliff" jumping spot. A deep end. A nice swimming area. You got the bridge to dangle your feet over and chill. You got a waterfall/river/stream area. You got the deep pocket of water right before the waterfall in the waterfall area to maybe sit in or it could be be cool for kids. You got the other area to sit in and be in the water chest high or sit in a chair and be chilling with your feet and a beer in your hand area, maybe with a parasol. You got the ankle-shin deep area. You got the dock areas to sit and chill or sun bathe. You got everything for everyone in every situation. The only thing it's missing is a water slide.

Want help moving big liners like that? Use commercial blowers. Blow air under it, acts like a hovercraft. We use it on rubber roof membranes if too big. Usually we can just flap it and get a little air under and move it. Blowers would help you even more.
Ya but roofs are flat, I doubt it would work on uneven surface, especially ones with extremes in elevation like this....the air will just blow out the side of the first level never reaching the lower parts. There's nothing smooth there like a roof.

Chris’ backyard is like mini Aqualand! This video just made me happy! I LOVE that the water feature is worth more than the House! Those beds are pretty empty though. I’m going to build something similar when I get a house!
I am doing the same thing next year. I have my place in Southern Mo. Using faux stone out of concrete and maybe solar to power it. I have a good size back yard for maybe a 12' X 24' one. Just perfect size.

OMG what a beautiful idea, awesome back yard pond swimming pool. We live in Kanosh, Utah, about 5 miles from Meadow, Utah and the hot pots. One of the hot pots the coolest one has fish in it. This back yard reminds me of the hot pots.

not at all.... This is fantastic, but you have to remember when selling the house: "Who wants a $400K house that has a freaking pond in the back of it. And who is in the market for a $400K house that has a budget for another $400K with the pond?" It's like pools in general.....some want it, some don't. A pool adds physical, and monetary maintenance to a house....you have to find the right buyer. A person in the market for a half mil pond wants a 8 mil house in front of it.
I live in STL too! I honestly could never imagine something so beautiful here. Me and hubby stationed here from NJ shore and i miss the water soooo much. That pond is a dream
now I just have to clean the water, make sure the level is fine so the fish does not die. and so on. a lot of maintenance for such a pond. but it beat cutting grass I agree. :)
