F1 nearly did race here in 1993,but apparently financial issues stopped that from happening. Would have been fun - looks like a great track. Aida held the Pacific GP the next year (as well as in 1995) and is a great track but the location is poor.
@@markc8956But then again, Formula 1 did raced at Fuji Speedway which also happens to be fairly remote. And of course the WEC, which regularly has multiclass fields of 40 cars, races there. So I think they can do it.

Awesome track. Too bad F1 does not race on it. This track can really level the racing field. It is a technical drivers track
