Amazing video! Great to see other modalities of VO2max testing. I always use the stairmaster for my Z2 and VO2max training, but hate that I have to test on a bike or treadmill for testing. This device would be extremely useful! Great to know what the VT1 and VT2 metrics are used for as well. Would love to see a video on nasal breathing and how you incorporate it in your training. Thanks again for the great content!
Very educational video, coach! loved it. And maybe not the objective of the video but the graphics and editing have improved, liked them they make the video easier to follow, Congrats on it!🎉 I have a couple of questions, What is the pumping doing at the start of the testing? Does the machine only have like a sensor in it? How does it measure your HR, it connects to your Polar band? You start with nasal breathing and then you had to change to mouth breathing? What does de FeO2 measure? Having a high VO2 max indicates also that you are more resistant to muscle fatigue? Train for longer, not getting so tired and fast recovery? If I just have a Polar Ignite watch how can I start fine tuning my cardio? Sorry if they are to many questions, I'm a geek with all this and would like to improve my aerobic fitness because I'm not getting quite there. Thanks again for the great content, And don't beat yourself over the switch you are an incredible athlete and one hell of a teacher!
I really hope you’re saying ”ready to Ruck and Roll”. If not, you seriously need to up your dad joke numbers and not only your VO2 🤓😆. Besides that, great video 👌
great content mate channel is brilliant
Love your videos, could you do a video where you go thru your whole fitness routine?
@Jack great videos mate, can you do one on dumbbell rows
Excellent video. Apart from the fitness part I am very interested in the measurement techniques behind this.

Already in the 99% what is the continued drive to push further, I'd call it a day and find the next mountain to climb.
Lol 6:15 you have your mask on your face but still censor your mouth for profanity 😂
