Great benefit to the ladies as well - healthy bones and you burn calories up to 24 hours after. I agree with Fumi it does not take a lot but consistency is key and you do have to eat the right things. Let's do it ladies! I love it!

This is perfect timing and godsent; you popped up on my TH-cam this morning, so I am now a new subscriber. l fractured my ring finger yesterday or day before yesterday rather cleaning up and I opened a kitchen drawer too fast and it banged into my finger and jammed it, so I can't even wear my lovely wedding rings but it's all right, received a splint in Urgent Care yesterday morning, and then in healing I was thinking how am I going to do what I need to do to stay fit and again you popped up on my TH-cam. I love you already, amazing you are, and I've already watched your video on fupa Abs, I too have had a C-section with my eldest daughter who is now 31 and I will be 54 August 30th, then I viewed what you eat to lose weight, and now this one. Thank you so much. I will be 63 in September. I have undergone a partial knee replacement surgery and have some issues with my other knee. I do go for walks regularly. However i do have batwings and intend to try and do these exercises. Since i do have shoulder issues and pain on my left side my bdumbell is only 1 kg each I will use that and see how effective it is. You are such an inspiration and wanted to say THANK YOU from Malaysia☺
Really enjoyed the workout. I’m 63 and I started working out in the gym 6 years ago. I was off work after Covid and spent the time looking after my grandchildren but I’m now back at work so found it difficult to use d gym as I would like too, so my body is not as firm as I would like it to be especially my arms. I plan to do this exercise for a month, and mindful of want goes into my mouth and I believe there will be a change in my arms. Thanks for sharing.

Please take care of your back when you pick up your dumbbell. My sound advice is that you don't bend straight over but rather bend your knees and pick up the dumbbells. Plus, once you are done with the dumbells and placing them back down on the ground, do not forget to bend at your knees once placing back on the ground. We wish to continue to see more of your beauty unfold before our eyes. I do hope you receive this message in the light you mean to receive it. Likewise, I also need to do more arm exercises to get rid of my batwing and back fat. So, your exercise plan I shall be following. Thank you, 💃🏾Queen Fumi, you are outstanding, and I want to say yes, as we mature, we need to take good care of ourselves, meaning our bodies are armed all over, but yes, I look up to you and the one thing that I would say to you as word of encouragement. Please take care of your back when you pick up your dumbbell. My sound advice is that you don't bend straight over but rather bend your knees and pick up the dumbbells. Plus, once you are done with the dumbells and placing them back down on the ground, do not forget to bend at your knees once placing back on the ground. We wish to continue to see more of your beauty unfold before our eyes. I do hope you receive this message in the light you mean to receive it. Likewise, I also need to do more arm exercises to get rid of my batwing and back fat. So, your exercise plan I shall be following.
