    Who’s it going to be?

    Great rundown, Parker.
Love the idea of Zinn. Will she commit to stay, or is she off to WVU or elsewhere if it opens?
Roberts sounds excellent, too. I'm in on him. And he's already a Cougar!
    Nunez, Sayler, interesting, as well.
Dubious of Luck. We need someone younger, and as you state not so bouncy from one thing to the next.
Sampson should have a bead on whether Dickey is the right guy or not. I'll roll with Kelvin's gut on that.

Great coverage of the AD search. There are definitely some interesting choices there. Has there ever been a female AD at a division 1 school? I'm sure that some people out there that would be screaming dei hire but she seems HIGHLY qualified and could be very meaningful to the advancement of programs such as volleyball and softball. We need to be great across the board in the way that ut and Baylor are and that might be a way to make it happen.

Plenty. Currently 15% of D1 ADs are women.

If I had to guess, Luck wasn’t interested, but recommended Zinn during his interview or conversation with Houston. She worked for him at WVU. That would explain why her name popped up late in the process.

Luck would be a great hire for the Coogs in my opinion. It’s safe to assume his connections would make it easier to raise money.

Luck is also Co-Founder & Co-Owner of WVU’s NIL collective, so taking the Houston job would be a conflict of interest in my opinion.

@@CouzsCornerSports Definitely agree...he would almost certainly be required to dissociate

Couz, as you know that can be undone. No stone for a stepper like Renu Khator if she put her mind to it...
