It was a great little cooker! My sister and her husband are gonna get many years of cooks out of it! Perfect for a small family! But I already love the new one 😂

Does this smoker have an open flame lever to sear things like steaks?

No it does not, I would usually sear stuff on a small charcoal grill after smoking them.
