I can understand intentional bans, but holy shit you guys take this way too seriously for minor incidents. "Everything is bannable, being it accidental, negligence or intentional" You should get both sides of the story, just like how real life works. Not pull the trigger for something you don't have full info on. That's not the way it happens in the real world. Accidents are sorted out, and if it truly IS an accident then you don't get punished. Sure your insurance rates go up, but you don't get put in jail for a week+. You guys should have some fun instead of having sticks up your ass.

If I saw it or not, I dont remember since was recorded a while, but if I'm driving there's no way for me to stop. Imagine everything someone said, admin ID 1234 is ramming me and I had to stop. Players should in that case use the report system they prefer. Now for innapropriate language is something that I can warn without having to stop.

At 8:57 , German rule: Actually quite simple, in practice there is still constant trouble: If the road narrows from two lanes to one, the drivers have to get into line using the zipper method. It's not the driver's fault alone, but the others should have pulled him in legally. So it was clearly a wrong ban. The drivers on the continuous road prevented him from doing so and are therefore to blame § 7 Absatz 4 Straßenverkehrsordnung (StVO)
Hey dustin. I dont know how it works there, but you are not required to give way. So if there are always trucks coming, you need to wait. Of course as a general rule to optimize the things, you should follow zip principles, 1 by 1.

If you drive onto the "German Autobahn" but a truck, for example, makes it impossible for you to get on, you have to stop at the end of the driveway. (Never do that but continue driving on the hard shoulder if possible)

Players know the server has rules and they accepted it before playing. If they disrespect the rules somehow, being it a simple offense or not, you can be banned. To play without rules, there is the arcade server or singleplayer, but those servers are simulation.

The player was kicked, not banned. Also that place is for tram not a road for trucks, they need to use the roundabout, so the kick was well applied, reckless driving.

Due to Desync though I’m guessing he hit the admin. Happens to me a lot as I staff 2 servers currently for a server on a game. I always warn them as normally they are laggy. Tbh this dude isn’t very good and looks corrupt. Edit: rules can vary yes but lagging/desync shouldn’t be a ban
I didn't want to say anything, but there are times when you can be annoying. Just like when someone is about to pass and gets a spot, or when someone glitches in the game and you ban them. The dotted lines are for overtaking.

If we warn them, 1 minute later they are doing the same. It already happens with the bans, players are banned, but after being unbanned they do the same. If it was one accident, you will be banned one time and no more. The problem starts when you are banned again and again and again. Kicks when applied at the end are warnings.

Hi! Thanks for the interesting video. It was always interesting to see the work of admins from the inside. Don't pay attention to the hate. I don't know about other regions, but in Russia this route is called "the road of fools" (not without reason, right?). If I were an admin, I would block a lot more (maybe because I often come across inadequate players and I can't stand it anymore) So you are quite a loyal admin. Thanks a lot! Few people only understand how difficult it can be sometimes as you said. We are volunteers, people that work during the day, others study, others have family etc. and at the end of the day we get a bit of our free time to help and enjoy this hobbie. We are getting insulted in appeals, people complaining because of this and that. We are already used to that, but it's the reality. Hello lisa. While I understand it was an accident, TruckersMP punishes for accidental, negligence and intentional offences. Players accepted the rules before playing and its not written anywhere that just intentional offences will be banned and that accidental accidents wont. So the ban is correct and I'm following the procedures and rules that TruckersMP has, so the ban is not incorrect. Its unlucky? Yes, but thats how TruckersMP apply the rules, and the next time the player should be more careful. I cant simply ignore that situation.

I've been playing here for six years and of course I've made some small mistakes during that time. I've been banned a couple of times (not perma banned) for the most ridiculous reasons because of your 'rules.' You're going to lose so many players if you continue like this which honestly I hope you do.
Players come and go, its a cycle. Rules are hard for some things, soft for others, at the end if accidents happened and they are not constant bans, its fine.

Hey. In which minute? Because if you mean 0:20 , thats a roundabout, not a road to go straight since thats the path for trams, not trucks. If you mean 0:40, the truck had a red light on his side and ignored that. Doing it in congested areas is kickable. If direct danger is put in other players because of that, its a ban, which wasnt the case.
Meanwhile trolling kids in a car don't get banned. Was driving yesterday and some kid called "Jean2009" was just intentionally ramming and following me, while also blocking the road.
Why am I banning or not banning? TruckersMP doesnt punish anyone overtaking in forbidden areas or ignoring red lights if they dont create a direct danger for players around.
You kinda have to teach them a lesson, giving Sometimes Just warnings or Kicks don't bring much Impact to the rule breaker, i mean they often Break the Same rule again after a warning or kick, so bans must be often used, the longest you can geht is 3 months, you only get permanent when you were Hacking or the Person showed that even the 3 months ban wont Change him at breaking Rules
I make my words what domenik said, everything is correct. But bans are applied because TruckersMP rules work that way. I'm just following their procedures as a staff, but I agree with less bans for accidental offences or only warnings in those cases and heavy bans for intentional offences. But thats with TruckersMP

But its not me that define the rules, its TruckersMP and I'm just a staff there, that enforce the rules TMP has. If its too heavy for accident bans. I agree. You see intentional trollers getting the same time if they are banned as someone that collided by accident, but there's not much I can do. Much people outside only blame staffs, but we follow the rules and procedures that we should follow. Players should still be careful and if anyone get banned for an accident they made, if they dont repeat it, its one ban. Its not 1 month or 3 months. Must be difficult moderating such a big server with so many rule breakers. But I don't know why bans and kicks are dished out so much for simple crashes which could easily have been an accident. If crashes are such a bad thing, why are collisions permitted in the first place? It's the collisions and jams that make the game fun! Someone deliberately crashing or driving the wrong way, fine they should be removed, but accidents are just part of the fun.
Thanks for a polite comment at first. Indeed and I have to agree with you, the thing is TruckersMP defines that accidents should be punished, being them accidental or intentional. We also need to differ what is accidental and what is negligence, but its basically as said. Due to that, the system TMP has is applying only 1 month ban if you have 4 accidents / bans. But is hard to manage, because even with bans, people around dont learn quite easily with their mistakes and keep doing the same. In general, a player that doesnt overtake with danger and drives safe, just with unlucky of having an accident they can be banned. About collisions, the simulation servers have it because otherwise players would drive on the incorrect way, going inside of each others etc, something that arcade server has and is allowed there.

The player wasn't banned, he was kicked. That's completely different. Adding to this, if you look closely, the player ignored a red light, so it's more than justified that kick.

While I can agree that was a stupid action by the car by moving to the right as soon as he saw the truck on his right continuing moving, and which could result in a ban for the car due to intentional collisions, he doesnt have at any point to give way to the truck. The truck lane is ending, he needs to merge and by changing lanes, he looses priority. The car and anyone in that lane doesnt have to give you way to enter, you need to find a gap and simply move. While the recommended is 1 by 1, again, he is not required to give you way. About the truck, he saw the car and instead of slowing down and stopping if needed, decided to ignore and continue driving. Thats bannable. If you do that in real life while near to a police vehicle, for sure you will be pulled over.

In real life, the car and the truck (white) must hand over the driver's license or penalty points for 2 points and money ^^
Honestly I like seeing the work of admins and mods, Being one myself for a DayZ PvE Community on Console, we have randoms joining the server, kill people and they try to log off but nothing happens cuz we set the log off timer to 5 minutes 😂😂 Me & other admins protect key areas like spawn and open trader, and kill anyone who is sturring up trouble. All things considered for this video, can appreciate seeing admins work and make the servers actually playable 😂

Admin aka "police" should be able to pull over cars and issue "tickets" with monetary fines for minor offenses instead of kicking and banning players. You run a stop sign, that's a $20,000 fine and so on. Players can be given an on screen choice of accepting the ticket or being kicked.
With the amount of people disrespecting the rules, that's not possible, even more, in this video I was driving, but most of the times the moderation is done by flying around. Around in less than 1 minute I can set several millions on my game account by changing a game file, so having values for tickets or players choosing what they want, not really.

Hey jemiales. While I can understand that some people might find the bans applied too harsh, that's how TruckersMP rules work. Players have access to the main rules, but not what is considered bannable, kickable or for how long bans are applied. What I can assure, its not random, we have internal procedures and we follow and apply our actions based on that. Every Game Moderator before becaming one, had a training and if bans were that wrong as most of people complain, staffs would be removed. As you said, exists the appeal and feedback section, but even if in the feedback section its said that the ban is valid, then everything is correct. TruckersMP rules punish for accidental or negligence offenses, not only intentional and being honest, if players dont decide to perform dangerous overtakings and drive within the speed limits, they wont get banned. Adding to this, if there were really wrong bans, why would I show it and make it public? To get myself removed from the staff? Thats what I have to share, thanks for your comment though and feel free to reply below. There are too many instances of lag resulting in a ban on games like ETS2 and others, that I don't see a point in even watching It's just gonna happen again (Not all people have NASA WiFi and Quantum Computers, some people still have potatoes as computers).

Hello. As explained already in other comments, the car could have been banned. The first thing I want to say as well, please dont make assumptions that it was a staff, when in fact it wasnt. In second, while the car is wrong and should have been banned for the colliding part, the truck clearly saw the car and still decided to continue without slowing down or braking. Thats bannable too. If you do what the truck did in front of a police officer in real life, you would be pulled over. His lane is ending, so by changing lanes he needs to give way and the lane where the car was is not required to give way to them. While its nice and recommended to do so, and everything gets more smooth, he is not required to give you way. About the situation you mentioned, if you feel that the ban applied to you is incorrect, create first a ban appeal. If the ban appeal is declined, create a feedback ticket and contact directly the management. If they say there its correct, then the ban is actually correct. Feel free to comment below. Hey Venom. Ban times are not random as the major part of the community thinks, we have internal procedures and they are followed based on that. Also adding that bans were much longer in the past than they are now. Same with bans, its written in the rules the basics trying to cover every scenario and are apllied based on that. If players stay in their lane, without making dangerous overtakings, nothing happens. Still players love to overtake, get banned and blame staff for wrong bans.

Truckersmp.. where the ATS side is dead. Lols. Well, us having the ability to host 128 slot servers with moderators helps. We get to have the sometimes dumb ai traffic as well. A win/win. Its nice to still have traffic when im not with a convey.
Hello. Well, ATS depends on players. TruckersMP has no way to force players to get in ATS, the only thing is hosting events which they have done in the past and stopped now, but still when that happened, only at events you had more players, after finishing they wouldnt join again.
Honestly, im kinda glad ATS has less people online. Less people mean less need for admins and therefore less risk of getting banned for a small lag spike. (And dont start saying im typing this because I got banned, I never got banned since I play on ATS and most of the time I drive there's literally not a soul on the road.)

Hey. Yes, but TruckersMP defines the rules and moderators follow what was defined. For outside some situations might look not needed, but accidents are punished, not only intentional rule breakers. While a mistake happens, if you dont repeat it 4 times, you wont get a ban for 1 month.
For a "Truck Simulator" that has such harsh rules for users, the moderator doesn't "simulate" very well. You drive a car registered in Poland, with German police markings that punish traffic violations in the Netherlands, Belgium and France. Since the police don't normally have jurisdiction in foreign countries, you're clearly impersonating a police officer for whatever reason. All the bans you did on the server using that vehicle that doesn't correspond to the country should be lifted, you're just not following the police role that a moderator should have.
Its a game, if I would go to that point, half the server would be punished for driving over the speed limit, not giving safety distance and doing dangerous overtakes.

If I saw it or not, I dont remember since was recorded a while, but if I'm driving there's no way for me to stop. Imagine everything someone said, admin ID 1234 is ramming me and I had to stop. Players should in that case use the report system they prefer. Now for innapropriate language is something that I can warn without having to stop.

At 8:57 , German rule: Actually quite simple, in practice there is still constant trouble: If the road narrows from two lanes to one, the drivers have to get into line using the zipper method. It's not the driver's fault alone, but the others should have pulled him in legally. So it was clearly a wrong ban. The drivers on the continuous road prevented him from doing so and are therefore to blame

Players know the server has rules and they accepted it before playing. If they disrespect the rules somehow, being it a simple offense or not, you can be banned. To play without rules, there is the arcade server or singleplayer, but those servers are simulation.

I didn't want to say anything, but there are times when you can be annoying. Just like when someone is about to pass and gets a spot, or when someone glitches in the game and you ban them. The dotted lines are for overtaking.

If we warn them, 1 minute later they are doing the same. It already happens with the bans, players are banned, but after being unbanned they do the same. If it was one accident, you will be banned one time and no more. The problem starts when you are banned again and again and again. Kicks when applied at the end are warnings.

Hi! Thanks for the interesting video. It was always interesting to see the work of admins from the inside. Don't pay attention to the hate. I don't know about other regions, but in Russia this route is called "the road of fools" (not without reason, right?). If I were an admin, I would block a lot more (maybe because I often come across inadequate players and I can't stand it anymore) So you are quite a loyal admin. We are volunteers, people that work during the day, others study, others have family etc. and at the end of the day we get a bit of our free time to help and enjoy this hobbie. We are getting insulted in appeals, people complaining because of this and that.
We are already used to that, but it's the reality. At the end, if people drive as it was supposed to, Euro Truck "Simulator" not Arcade, they wouldn't be banned.

Players accepted the rules before playing and its not written anywhere that just intentional offences will be banned and that accidental accidents wont. So the ban is correct and I'm following the procedures and rules that TruckersMP has, so the ban is not incorrect. Its unlucky? Yes, but thats how TruckersMP apply the rules, and the next time the player should be more careful. I cant simply ignore that situation.

I've been playing here for six years and of course I've made some small mistakes during that time. I've been banned a couple of times (not perma banned) for the most ridiculous reasons because of your 'rules.' You're going to lose so many players if you continue like this which honestly I hope you do.
Players come and go, its a cycle. Rules are hard for some things, soft for others, at the end if accidents happened and they are not constant bans, its fine.
I also ride along this road, but one of the admins ran over me with the words why am I always on the brake, I'll say so I keep my distance

Must be difficult moderating such a big server with so many rule breakers. But I don't know why bans and kicks are dished out so much for simple crashes which could easily have been an accident. If crashes are such a bad thing, why are collisions permitted in the first place? It's the collisions and jams that make the game fun! Someone deliberately crashing or driving the wrong way, fine they should be removed, but accidents are just part of the fun.

Indeed and I have to agree with you, the thing is TruckersMP defines that accidents should be punished, being them accidental or intentional. We also need to differ what is accidental and what is negligence, but its basically as said. Due to that, the system TMP has is applying only 1 month ban if you have 4 accidents / bans.
But is hard to manage, because even with bans, people around dont learn quite easily with their mistakes and keep doing the same. In general, a player that doesnt overtake with danger and drives safe, just with unlucky of having an accident they can be banned.
About collisions, the simulation servers have it because otherwise players would drive on the incorrect way, going inside of each others etc, something that arcade server has and is allowed there.
I have NOT seen any police cars in the ProMods Version of the Multiplayer ETS2, why? Or is it because the non-Promods one is more stricter?

While I can agree that was a stupid action by the car by moving to the right as soon as he saw the truck on his right continuing moving, and which could result in a ban for the car due to intentional collisions, he doesnt have at any point to give way to the truck. The truck lane is ending, he needs to merge and by changing lanes, he looses priority. The car and anyone in that lane doesnt have to give you way to enter, you need to find a gap and simply move. While the recommended is 1 by 1, again, he is not required to give you way. About the truck, he saw the car and instead of slowing down and stopping if needed, decided to ignore and continue driving. Thats bannable. If you do that in real life while near to a police vehicle, for sure you will be pulled over.

Admin aka "police" should be able to pull over cars and issue "tickets" with monetary fines for minor offenses instead of kicking and banning players. You run a stop sign, that's a $20,000 fine and so on. Players can be given an on screen choice of accepting the ticket or being kicked.
With the amount of people disrespecting the rules, that's not possible, even more, in this video I was driving, but most of the times the moderation is done by flying around. Around in less than 1 minute I can set several millions on my game account by changing a game file, so having values for tickets or players choosing what they want, not really.

Hey jemiales. While I can understand that some people might find the bans applied too harsh, that's how TruckersMP rules work. Players have access to the main rules, but not what is considered bannable, kickable or for how long bans are applied. What I can assure, its not random, we have internal procedures and we follow and apply our actions based on that. Every Game Moderator before becaming one, had a training and if bans were that wrong as most of people complain, staffs would be removed. As you said, exists the appeal and feedback section, but even if in the feedback section its said that the ban is valid, then everything is correct. TruckersMP rules punish for accidental or negligence offenses, not only intentional and being honest, if players dont decide to perform dangerous overtakings and drive within the speed limits, they wont get banned. Adding to this, if there were really wrong bans, why would I show it and make it public? To get myself removed from the staff? Thats what I have to share, thanks for your comment though and feel free to reply below. @@tunatmp Based on every comment, both positive and negative. Also my comment was just a generalization of the entire ETS2 Multiplayer community and not specifically your community. Hell if I wanted to play ETS2 I'd have to wait until next year to get enough saved up to buy it.
By the comments, i assume, that a lag spike is MY problem because of the so called "rules", and because all kinds of crashes = ban or kick
A player lagging that crashes into others is not banned, all the other scenarios, yes. Now lagging is moving and freezing or vehicle rollback.

Hello. As explained already in other comments, the car could have been banned. The first thing I want to say as well, please dont make assumptions that it was a staff, when in fact it wasnt. In second, while the car is wrong and should have been banned for the colliding part, the truck clearly saw the car and still decided to continue without slowing down or braking. Thats bannable too. If you do what the truck did in front of a police officer in real life, you would be pulled over. His lane is ending, so by changing lanes he needs to give way and the lane where the car was is not required to give way to them. While its nice and recommended to do so, and everything gets more smooth, he is not required to give you way.
About the situation you mentioned, if you feel that the ban applied to you is incorrect, create first a ban appeal. If the ban appeal is declined, create a feedback ticket and contact directly the management. If they say there its correct, then the ban is actually correct.

Hey Venom. Ban times are not random as the major part of the community thinks, we have internal procedures and they are followed based on that. Also adding that bans were much longer in the past than they are now. Same with bans, its written in the rules the basics trying to cover every scenario and are apllied based on that. If players stay in their lane, without making dangerous overtakings, nothing happens. Still players love to overtake, get banned and blame staff for wrong bans.
Yeah it's ok I changed my mind about some bans in this video, they're all valid. But what about the one at 8:58 ? Isn't the Skoda supposed to give way for the Volvo? Zipper Method?

Truckersmp.. where the ATS side is dead. Lols. Well, us having the ability to host 128 slot servers with moderators helps. We get to have the sometimes dumb ai traffic as well. A win/win. Its nice to still have traffic when im not with a convey.
Hello. Well, ATS depends on players. TruckersMP has no way to force players to get in ATS, the only thing is hosting events which they have done in the past and stopped now, but still when that happened, only at events you had more players, after finishing they wouldnt join again.
Honestly, im kinda glad ATS has less people online. Less people mean less need for admins and therefore less risk of getting banned for a small lag spike. (And dont start saying im typing this because I got banned, I never got banned since I play on ATS and most of the time I drive there's literally not a soul on the road.)
I dont understand why all of u guys hate on this dude and say that hes using his admin "powers" too much on little things. Its his job to ensure there is a good experience in our playing.

Hey. Yes, but TruckersMP defines the rules and moderators follow what was defined. For outside some situations might look not needed, but accidents are punished, not only intentional rule breakers. While a mistake happens, if you dont repeat it 4 times, you wont get a ban for 1 month.

Hey, while my name looks like to be a name in Turkey, I'm from Portugal.
For a "Truck Simulator" that has such harsh rules for users, the moderator doesn't "simulate" very well.
You drive a car registered in Poland, with German police markings that punish traffic violations in the Netherlands, Belgium and France. Since the police don't normally have jurisdiction in foreign countries, you're clearly impersonating a police officer for whatever reason.
All the bans you did on the server using that vehicle that doesn't correspond to the country should be lifted, you're just not following the police role that a moderator should have.
Its a game, if I would go to that point, half the server would be punished for driving over the speed limit, not giving safety distance and doing dangerous overtakes.
