'big' plastic surgery are considered problematic on korea, they're called 'gangnam beauty' or 'plastic surgery monster'. so most company will search an already 'pretty' people and further improve their face. most company also debuted young idols. plastic surgery are not recomended for young kids, but cosmetic surgery is not 'that' bad. and when they're old enough to plastic surgery people will complain if their visual change.

'big' plastic surgery are considered problematic on korea, they're called 'gangnam beauty' or 'plastic surgery monster'. so most company will search an already 'pretty' people and further improve their face.
most company also debuted young idols. plastic surgery are not recomended for young kids, but cosmetic surgery is not 'that' bad. and when they're old enough to plastic surgery people will complain if their visual change.
