I’ve been doing your 30 day challenge since January one, and then this one dropped today. I started to lose confidence when I saw the pink color, but surprisingly I was able to do the entire exercise without even breaking a sweat! I have a long way to go, but I’m already feeling so much stronger.Thank you!
❤ Thank you, Miss Sarah Beth!!! Another good one. This old guy fell out of the balance poses more than he was in them,😅 but kept at it. After close, I tried the one leg poses on the hard floor, wearing my low cut hikers. I maintained stability for almost the whole pose. 🤔 Thanks again. 😊
