I have no idea how they run things behind the scenes at this show, but this is her job. From what we see ON TV, it doesn't seem like the type of work environment that would pressure or force Alison to do this, but even if it was that kind of work environment.... like i said, it's her job to do things like this. If i had to guess though...... if she really didn't want to do this anymore, then they wouldn't make her.
